Just got off of the phone with a front desk clerk I guess and she asked me how did I get their number with a attitude I told her it's on Google for the world to see. She said it's low income and it's a 2-5 year wait on these units and they have 1 to 5 bedroom units. I told her I ride past there everyday and alot of them haven't been used or lived in for years. She told me the units are to bad for anybody to live in.The state come in and see what's going on with this place ....it's something fishy going on. Try Hamtramck Housing Commission they have better attitudes and available units....they are also low income. Villages at Parkside get 5👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 for me.
The staff is nice and it's clean and it's peaceful and the townhomes are beautiful !.
It is a great place to live also we use some excellent evening and cooling guys shout out to TECH IV
