I would like to highlight the director, Ms. Maggie! She goes above and beyond to hear out families and truly cares about the families that attend Malvern. I can honestly say, I know my girls are loved and well taken care of when they go to Malvern. I am so happy we decided to send our girls here because they are THRIVING! ❤️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands down the best child care center From the directors to every single staff member, this place is nothing short of amazing. Maggie, the director, and Adrienne, the assistant director, are absolutely incredible. They took my daughter in during what felt like an impossible situation. Her previous daycare failed to hold her spot, my maternity leave was ending within days, and I was suddenly scrambling for childcare. Maggie worked miracles. She coordinated everything with my subsidy case manager, pulled every string she could, and made it happen so my daughter could start the Monday after touring on a Friday. I will never forget that level of dedication. I was convinced my extremely clingy “Velcro baby” would be miserable. She wouldn’t let anyone hold her except her father or me—not even family. I expected tears, guilt, and heartbreak on day one. Instead, my daughter practically jumped out of my arms to go to the wonderful Ms. Chris in the infant room. I did leave with tears—but they were tears of joy. I knew immediately that this was her place. From that moment on, the staff became family. Every concern, question, or worry I ever had was met with empathy, compassion, and genuine care from Maggie, Adrienne, and the entire team. Watching them celebrate my daughter’s first steps, first words, and every milestone with true excitement reassured me daily that I made the right decision. As a parent of two older children who unfortunately experienced some truly terrible daycare centers, I only wish I had known about The Malvern School of Erial sooner. I can honestly say I’ve never trusted a childcare center 100%—as parents, that little “what if” voice never fully goes away. But this center has earned my complete trust. I feel confident and at peace knowing my daughter is in their care every single day. Drop-offs and pick-ups are a joy. Knowing the people who spend more time with my daughter than anyone else treat her with so much love means everything to me. If you’re lucky enough to have an infant or young toddler here, Ms. Chris truly lives up to her reputation as the baby whisperer. Every child adores her, and my daughter couldn’t wait each morning for her snuggles. Ms. Selena in the step-up class was incredible. Her attentiveness, detailed daily reports, and genuine concern for new toddlers learning to navigate their big emotions made me feel like I didn’t miss a single moment of my daughter’s day. Now in the young toddler room, Ms. Kim continues that same level of excellence. Every drop-off, she’s engaging—singing, dancing, playing—and showing such warmth and kindness to every child. My biggest shout-out, however, goes to Maggie. Through countless emails, phone calls, budgeting questions, and logistical chaos, she has been nothing short of exceptional. I always receive timely responses, and never in a cold or corporate way. Maggie speaks to you like family—passionate, invested, and genuinely determined to make things work for you and your child. I recommend The Malvern School of Erial to every friend and family member looking for childcare. This center and its staff are truly exceptional, and I am beyond grateful my daughter gets to grow here.

Everyone at Malvern of Erial has been amazing. I cannot say enough about the teachers and the Directors. We walk into the building and they know every child. I have watched a child have a difficult time with not listening and the way Ms. Maggie handled the situation and got on the ground with the child explaining the situation for the child to understand really showed the care the Malvern staff has for the children they care for. Keep up the amazing work. My daughter has truly grown because of the Malvern of Erial.

My child had an extraordinary experience here in the care of Malvern Erial. I have very high expectations, and the transition was so difficult but Malvern made it as smooth as possible and really allowed me to work without worrying about my sons well-being. I would recommend them to anyone looking in the area.

My child has THRIVED and grown because of the wonderful teachers at Malvern. Ms Merriem's kindness, care, and skill have helped my son grow as a person and a reader. He feels safe there, which is everything.
