The Magical Years Early Learning Center INC

We have been with the Magical Years Halifax for 3 years. TMY has a great program that includes both fun play and age appropriate academics. They plan fun seasonal events, field trips, concerts and theme days. My son looks forward to going to school and knows he is loved when there. The staff is communicative when issues arise and practice a whole team collaborative approach. The teachers and staff stay current with their professional development and safety certifications, which is so important. My son sees a speech therapist and they have been great with allowing her to come see my son at the center. I know my son will be kindergarten ready after everything he has learned at TMY!

Our two sons have been attending Magical Years (Halifax) for about eight months now, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Both the preschool and infant rooms truly know our boys- what they need, how they learn, and what makes them feel comfortable and excited to be there each day. Communication has been excellent from day one. We always feel informed, supported, and connected to what’s happening in the classroom. Magical Years also does an amazing job organizing activities throughout the year that bring families into the school through classroom events, field trips, concerts, and thoughtful celebrations for Mother’s and Father’s Day. Most importantly, our boys are genuinely happy here. They’re excited to go to school, and we can see how much they’re growing and thriving. Every staff member we’ve interacted with has been friendly, helpful, and understood that families have a lot going on and they're there to help and cooperate with us. We’re so grateful to have found Magical Years and recommend it to any family looking for a nurturing, organized, and joyful learning environment.

Magical Years Early Learning Education is a wonderful daycare that truly makes your child feel like part of the family. The staff is warm, caring, and dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming environment. Their curriculum is always a priority, and they go above and beyond with special field trips that keep children excited and engaged. They are productive members of the community and consistently encourage meet-ups that get the kids involved and help them build confidence. I especially appreciated that my children had the chance to meet their future kindergarten teachers ahead of time, which helped remove any anxiety and made the transition to school so much easier. The trunk-or-treat, holiday concert, Mother’s Day tea, Father’s Day cookout, and Pre-K graduation are wonderful touches that give future elementary students a positive introduction to the school scene. I highly recommend Magical Years for any family looking for a nurturing, supportive, and enriching place for their child.

We have been so happy with the care our child has received from TMY. The staff is amazing, and we really enjoy the family involvement and fun events they always put together (Mother’s Day tea and the Christmas concert are our favorites!!)

Great daycare and preschool! They have provided excellent care for my kids, helped them learn so much and created such good memories. High recommend!
