What Parents Say
Parents consistently praise THE LOVING CARING SHARING PLACE (also referred to as A Kids Place) for its caring, attentive staff who treat children like their own. All reviewers highlight excellent communication through daily photo and activity updates via the Brightwheel app, and report their children are happy, thriving, and eager to attend. The facility is described as safe, trustworthy, and providing age-appropriate developmental support.
I have a 2 year old and a 1 year old, they’ve been going here for 6 months now and we couldn’t be happier. The teachers are amazing, so patient, loving and really treat your kids like their own. Mrs.Daniele has helped us potty train our two year old and my youngest loves ms Lisa and all her snacks lol. We appreciate the updates all day long through Brightwheel, and the overall safety of the center makes me feel better while I’m at work.
I absolutely love this facility, and its employees. I love getting photos of my baby while at work. Hes always happy and smiling when he’s there! Not just photos, they tell you when they change their diaper, give them a bottle or baby food, and just daily updates throughout the day. He’s been going here since February (he was 6 weeks old). I truly trust everyone here with my son, they are all amazing! 10/10 would recommend to anyone! 🥰
My child has been attending this daycare since July 17, 2023, and until recently, we had a positive experience. For over two years, we never received a single phone call, message, or Brightwheel notification regarding any behavioral concerns. After my child was moved from the 2-year-old room to the 3-year-old room, his new teacher began expressing concerns about his behavior. Just two days later—at 6:30 p.m., after I had already picked up my child and gotten home—I received a call from the director informing me that he would be suspended the following day. The next day, I reached out to express my concerns and asked whether expulsion was a possibility. The director assured me via text (see attached screenshot) that no child is expelled without prior notice and that their policy is three suspensions before expulsion is even considered. We scheduled a meeting to discuss everything further, but the director rescheduled twice and ultimately never showed up. As of today, I still have never met her in person. Instead, I received a message from someone else in administration informing me that my child was being expelled—completely contradicting what the director had told me earlier. This decision came after just one suspension, not three, and without any direct communication from the director herself. The administration at this daycare has been extremely unprofessional and inconsistent in how they handle important matters involving children and families. Communication is lacking, and accountability is nonexistent. That said, I do want to highlight the exceptional care provided by Ms. Rachel in the 2-year-old room. She is kind, attentive, and truly dedicated to the children. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said once your child transitions to the next age group.
My 2 year old son has been at A Kids Place since he was 12 weeks old and we have loved every minute. We are moving soon and I am so sad to be leaving the wonderful teachers here. They have all loved on him and cared for him like he is their own. He has the biggest smile every morning when he sees his current and former teachers. I couldn’t have asked for better people for him to spend his first two years with. Lisa, Becca, Evelin, Rachel, Diane, EVERYBODY is so amazing!
I am so glad to have my son in this day care. The staff is very friendly and quick to solve and issues. They all share pictures and updates about him throughout the day. They treat the kiddos so well, they also make special moments and memories. My son absolutely loves coming here. I’m very thankful for these ladies!!
