This place taught me that convenience isn't always a priority. This was my family's very first experience with a daycare center. There seems to be a lack of communication between the boss and her employees and the boss was quick to try and put me in check about it. Long story short the boss called me to confirm my children's attendance. I couldn't answer because I was at work. Called them back after work the same day and spoke to another employee to confirm that we would be there at the discussed day and time. The day came, we were excited to meet some new kids, dropped them off. 15 minutes later the boss calls to tell me I need to come get my children because I failed to confirm our agreed day and price. Nope, not true because the first 2 questions I asked when I was looking around was "do you have room for 2 children on said day and how much will it cost?" The only good things I can say about this place are that the police station is right next door, price wasn't too drastic, and it looked like there were a lot of activities for children to do. Other than that, I've added this experience to my list of reasons of why I don't trust or like daycares.
Worst daycare in downriver. If I could give this place zero stars I would. No concerns or well being for the kids. Heaven forbid your child gets hospitalized they will kick your child out and call you and tell you your child has been moved to a waiting list. Instead what they should be doing is having the kids make a card for the sick kids or calling the parents to check on why have the child has been out for two weeks ect. Maybe even a get well soon we will most definitely hold your child spot since they are children that are 5 and under hospitalization can be devastating for a child, the child just wants to go back to there normal routine. Instead they show you that money is there only concern not the child well being. Do not send you kids to this establishment.
Great Place, Great Prices, Extended Times For Child Care. Definitely would recommend, my son loves it!
