The Light House Preschool

Lighthouse has exceeded my expectations in every way made possible. The directors and teachers are nurturing, professional, and truly invested in each child’s growth and well-being. This facility is clean, organized, and provides a safe, loving, engaging environment. The communication with parents is consistent and reassuring, which I myself greatly appreciate. My child has learned so much and loves going each day. They offer extra summer activities and seasonal soccer, which are both optional for your child to participate in. The entire place has such a warm, family feel, and I am so grateful to have found a daycare I truly trust. I highly recommend this daycare to any family seeking exceptional care!! I have nothing but great things to say and can assure you that you will not be disappointed!

I cannot speak highly enough of Lighthouse Preschool. We have been sending our children there for the past 5 years and arrived on their doorstep in need of some last minute help due to an abrupt closing of a past daycare. They swooped in with full support for our family and made us feel right at home. Both of my girls during their time have been truly taken care of by every member of the Lighthouse staff and are graduating more than ready for Kindergarten. One exceptional note about Lighthouse is their almost zero turnover, speaking volumes about how they care for their teachers and staff, which in turn makes the experience so wonderful for our children.

The Lighthouse Preschool opened their doors in January 2014, and my daughter, who’s now 15 was one of the very first Pre-K students. From day one, they have been absolutely amazing! My two younger boys, now 8 and 5, have also attended, and all three of my kids have formed such strong bonds with the staff. Finding a good childcare center is hard to come by, and one of the biggest positives about Lighthouse is the longevity of their staff. It’s absolutely remarkable that all three of my children had the same Pre-K teacher. That consistency says so much! Every classroom focuses on curriculum and preparing your child(ren) for the next step in their education, but more importantly, the staff genuinely cares. I never have a moment of hesitation recommending this preschool!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lighthouse has truly been a second home for our family. All three of my children have attended. We started in the midst of COVID, when trusting anyone with your kids felt incredibly hard. From the very beginning, Lighthouse felt safe, steady, and caring, and it has always stayed that way. The staff doesn’t just care for your children, they genuinely know them. Their emotions, their weird phases, their challenges and strengths. Communication is thoughtful and constant, and the love is real. Two of my boys have graduated from pre-K more than ready for kindergarten…confident, capable, and excited to learn. We joke about having another baby so we never have to leave…but it’s barely a joke. If you’re a parent up at midnight reading reviews, anxious and second-guessing everything, you should stop here. This is the place.

My children have attended lighthouse preschool since they were both babies. The staff has remained consistent the entire time so my children are familiar and comfortable with all of the adults in the building. We have experienced excellent communication, meeting the needs of my two very different children, excellent outdoor facilities, family functions, and in class activities.
