Our son has been going to The Learning Zone for almost 1 year. The staff is incredible - very attentive, responsive and kind. Our son is excited to see all his teachers and friends when we drop him off. We highly recommend their services for child care!
The daycare is run by a very scary, manipulative woman who’s already had one daycare in Beverley shut down due to over 70 state violations (which she has gone to great lengths to scrub from internet searches). The staff took out their resentments toward our family-which we were never even made award of, we had no idea there was a problem-on our 18 month old, who was denied his bottles for a few weeks before we asked for the password to the video cameras in the facility. The next week day he was thrown out when we came to pick him up. No warning, just handed him and his stuff over and said he’s out, apparently because of something we did? Stories were told to us about being rude to staff, something that was news to us. The owner actually told us a teacher cried when recounting an alleged incident she did not even witness. After we expressed our feelings that it was unprofessional to expel a child without notice or discussion, the owner made the decision actually call the police and blame a “swatting” on us that happened before our child went there. Clearly the owner has upset other people, and she had a plan for dealing with unruly parents and family, and it involved frivolous police action. Stay away from this place, and Melissa, the owner.
Warm and caring staff. Isabelle for the preschool/toddlers updates us frequently and our daughter comes home with pictures and art projects often.
We love them. My son loves going to daycare because of the amazing teachers and fun and clean environment that they have. Great place for your loved one!
