The Learning Village Preschool Of Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church

The Learning Village is the best preschool in Lehigh Acres. My children have been going there through the years for many years. I have never had a problem with any staff members and love the way they treat the children with respect and love. Also, I know many kindergarten teachers and have had them tell me that the students from The Learning Village always score very high on the kindergarten screening tests. My children were always ready to enter kindergarten both socially and academically. I would highly recommend this school to anyone:)

The Learning Village preschool is the best preschool in Lehigh. I would highly recommend them to anyone with preschool age children. I've had two children go through the school and the staff was always friendly and helpful, even with my son who had some behavior issues to begin with. They were always very understanding and willing to work with me and with him to find what worked best and got him on the right track. The director always has a smiling face and a laugh that is infectious. She's always willing to lend and ear to any problem or concern and always has the best interest of the families and students at heart. It is an amazing facility with an amazing staff!

I don't like how this school failed to inform me about my child's progress. Her teacher miss Coleen and miss Lisa told the people who would pick them up that "I've been too busy to contact her about my child" even after I had sent a note concerning my child's well being. I would not recommend this pre school or at least these teachers. How am I suppose to be able to be involved if there is no response to questions or that the teachers are just too busy to respond or speak about my child's education. Such a disappointment.

Please do not send your children here!!!! Teachers aid verbally abuses the children and the director stands behind that treatment. Child care workers should not be shaming children for crying and telling them to shut up!!! If your preschooler has any developmental delays, they will not work with the child. My son regressed and they refused to help him. Was able to transfer my child mid year and they wouldn't release his offical physical record and shredded it after giving me a copy. That's not appropriate practice. For a Christian school, you would expect faith to be integrated into the curriculum. This is much more on the secular side and the staff lacks a standard of care that one would expect from a Christian environment.

I truly cannot say enough about The Learning Village. My nephew truly shined under their comforting care and guidance. I now have my son enrolled and he loves all the staff, the fun atmosphere and is learning more and more every day! Thank you TLV!!
