What Parents Say
The Learning Tree of Naples receives overwhelmingly positive feedback from parents, with most praising the caring staff, family-like treatment, and quality curriculum. Long-term families report children are well-prepared for school. However, one parent reported serious hygiene and neglect concerns during a brief enrollment.
My son went to this daycare for maybe 2 weeks when he was 1. He quickly changed daycares because almost daily he came home with his lunch untouched, very dirty and smelly, and I picked him up several times with a poop diaper. This daycare is very negligent. Noah’s Ark on 103rd is 100x better, more attentive, and actually personable with the children. They have since relocated to Bonita Springs and renamed LOVE Learning but I promise it’s worth it. Such better care and I believe cheaper or same price.
Daycare notified us at night mid week that our child could no longer attend the school. No one can find childcare mid week and at nighttime to finish out the week. Completely unprofessional, and the owner is rude. The ladies that watch the children are truly wonderful though, it's a shame the owner is so unprofessional.
Daycare is Adequate nothing special and not the worst but hurricane just rolled through and they say I need to pay for the week they were closed. I understand if they were open and I Evacuated but they weren't open and I have to pay..... Because in her words daycare isn't prorated. she should file a business loss on her insurance but she probably doesn't want to do that because she would have to pay a Deductible. So instead she chooses to take it out on the working class who pays her mortgage at 150 a week, as that isn't enough, now she expects us to pay for services not received. Beware in a time people should care for each other the owner is more of a Vampire trying to suck you dry of the money u don't have after suffering Financial damage from a hurricane.
It is an amazing place! My daughter is now in middle school, but she attend The Learning Tree of Naples from the time she was 1 years old til she was 11 years old. The staff treat you like family.
Amazing daycare, my child learned so much while she was attending this school, will be sending my mext kid(s) here too! One of the cheapest daycares in town Edit: I just need to reply to the other reviews here... Salami: Did not read the parent booklet that explains EVERYTHING, I gladly paid my share of tuition for my child. Yarissa: Apparently doesn't understand what a Wait list means...Also, even if it appears that the teachers are "sleeping" they are not, some child require special attention to help them sleep during nap time. Which you quickly killed, but slamming stuff around, cursing, and yelling. Also, great job on you for cursing in front of impressionable kids. As for your friend, Limary Melendez for backing you up, when she doesn't even have a child that attends this school...
