We LOVE The Learning Tree! Making the decision for who will provide care for your child is not an easy one. We chose The Learning Tree because we wanted to support a locally owned business, it is convenient to our commute, and we absolutely loved the staff when we toured. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the manager Carrie, Heather who runs the infant room, and the owner Leann. I am a first-time mom and they have worked with me diligently to make sure all of our needs have been met. Thank you for all that you do to make sure these kiddos are well cared for!
I am truly thankful for Ms LeAnn and all of the staff at the learning tree. They truly care about the kids. My son has blossomed into a smart sweet and inquisitive little guy under the love and guidance of this wonderful center and I can't wait to see what more we can learn and experience together! For everyone who is looking for a daycare and appreciation as I was. They send photo updates with your consent of course. They through parties for the kiddos they have age appropriate outdoor play area and they are ALWAYS a phone call away. Very good communication from the director to the teachers. Everyone is always on the same page. They truly are a special group of individuals with a love and passion for loving and nurturing children. My son and I are truly blessed to have found this center. Thank you so much The Learning Tree!
Our child has been going to this child care service for almost a year. They are always doing different learning activities and keeping them busy. They added a new program fitness stars where they perform in physical exercises which is awesome. Stay with the locally owned daycares as they offer a more realistic and friendlier service.
I’m not leaving this review to hurt the daycare, but to warn new moms to not make the same mistake I did. Not only have I spoken with ladies that no longer work there for good reason, i’ve personally seen the teachers here SCREAM AT CHILDREN, over step parents and correct the child aggressively, and not properly change diapers as needed. Three days at the daycare I picked my child up at 5:00pm and was told she had been asleep all day with a fever of 104… I panicked and took her to a doctor asap. I never got a call or text saying that my child had a high enough fever that could’ve killed her. She started when she was three and constantly came home with a dirty bottom from not being helped while wiping. She was bitten, scratched, kicked multiple times. Her last day there my fiance dropped her off and right away a kid came up to her and smacked a toy out of her hand, no wonder all they do throughout the day is bite when they aren’t be taught otherwise. Her hair was cut and when I walked in the child still had scissors in her hand just cutting away some paper. If LeighAn is there you should expect a message saying your child is acting bad because she cannot manage children at all! I worked hard to correct my daughter at home after listening to them for so long, she has had no problem moving forward with any other center. So I truly believe that they were the reason she was “out of control”
Two of our children have attended the Learning Tree and we have been very happy with the care. They have become like family to us. The teachers/staff have great communication in regards to anything that happens with your child. Pictures of them are sent throughout the day. We enjoy seeing all of the fun things our child does. They also have wonderful classroom structure. Both our children have learned so much.
