The Learning Patch Children'S Ctr(Sa)

At first, I was genuinely grateful that this daycare was able to take my daughters on short notice during an emergency. Unfortunately, it quickly became clear that the care and environment were nothing like what was presented during our initial visit. During the five weeks my girls attended, the center was consistently chaotic and dirty. There was little to no structure and children ran wild with minimal supervision while staff stood around chatting. My 1 yr old spent her days in an overcrowded infant room with little space to play. On one occasion, I even witnessed a teacher openly berating another staff member in front of the children. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate behavior. And now here we are months after withdrawing my children, I am still receiving bills, now totaling over $5,000, for care that never occurred. These invoices are for dates long after my children stopped attending. Despite reaching out multiple times, the daycare has refused to take responsibility or fix the problem. They’ve repeatedly blamed their billing system, yet when I contacted the company directly, I was told the issue is entirely on the daycare’s end. Their lack of accountability and professionalism is completely unacceptable. I strongly urge other parents to think twice before trusting this center with their children or their money.

I cannot say enough good things about The Learning Patch Children's Center! Both of my daughters attended this amazing daycare, and we had such a wonderful experience. The director, Diana, is incredibly caring and truly goes above and beyond for the children and families. The teachers are fantastic as well; they became like family to us. It was such a relief to trust in a community that genuinely cares for its kids. I highly recommend The Learning Patch for children of all ages! You won't find a better place for your little ones.

From infancy with my youngest, through the school age program with my oldest, the Learning Patch has been a second home to our family for the past 5 years. My kids LOVE going to the Learning Patch especially during summer time. The summer program is INCREDIBLE! Whether it’s weekly field trips, dance class, water play, going to the park, or arts and crafts we plan our family vacations so the kids don’t miss out on the fun activities they look forward to every week. I can’t thank the staff enough for all the love and support they have provided our family. The Learning Patch is a truly special place where my kids feel loved, supported, and where they want to be.

I have two children and they absolutely love The Learning Patch! My oldest son who is now starting high school one was of the first kids enrolled there when it opened. I found this lovely place when he was 3-1/2 years old and instantly knew we would love it there. He was always looking forward to what new and exciting activities they had planned for the kids. My other child has been there since he was 6 weeks old and will be going into the third grade this year. He looks forward to going everyday and seeing Mrs. Diana and her wonderful staff. They have always gone above and beyond in caring for my children and others. The Learning Patch has been a huge, wonderful part of my children lives. They have done an amazing job in caring for my children and all the other children. I have recommended this place to many people and will continue to do so.

All 3 of my children attend The Learning Patch (ranging from ages infant to school age) and we absolutely love it. Because I am a student working towards my BA in Early Childhood Education, I have also had the pleasure of working at the center over time, in all the different classrooms, and appreciate the safe and warm atmosphere that is provided. We love Diana and Alisha, the friendly teachers, and the dedicated families who attend. We highly recommend The Learning Patch Children's Center.
