The Learning Ladder Child Care Center

This place is a joke. I wouldn't send your children here if it was the last place available. I had my child in this facility for five years and everything was fine until they changed ownership in the summer of 2017. That's when everything went downhill, and it went downhill fast. They removed all the staff that was already there, raised prices, and they are just downright mean and have no clue how to run a daycare facility. My child is a school-age child who when contracted with them were to provide transportation to and from the school and not only is the transportation unreliable and my child has been taken to another school, then late to school, and have been picked up late as well, they now have the audacity to start charging me for it. That's bad business. Also, after 2 days of being closed from the storm that just came through I went to drop my child off and the entire parking lot was still covered in snow and ice. They have absolutely no regard for the children that go there and their safety and well-being. Stay far away from this place.
