The Learning Experience

The Learning Experience in Westampton has had such a positive impact on my son’s development, and I couldn’t be more grateful. As a child with autism and a speech delay, he requires a bit more support and understanding—and this center has consistently gone above and beyond to meet his needs with kindness, patience, and genuine care. From the moment we started, the entire staff has been wonderful, and Jill has truly been a delight to work with. She's incredibly kind, compassionate, and always available to help guide us through any questions or concerns. It’s so comforting to know that my son is in a place where he is not only accepted but supported and celebrated for who he is. The progress we’ve seen in his social skills and communication since attending TLE has been amazing. They understand that every child is unique, and they take the time to nurture each one accordingly. I truly believe they’ve played a huge role in his growth, and I’m forever thankful for all they’ve done. If you're looking for a daycare that will love and support your child like their own, this is the place.

The director Jill is very unfriendly and rather rude. Upon entering to pick up my child, the energy is very off putting. I am not sure how people who lack warmth and kindness, could work in any position related to children, especially when it’s someone who is in a position of leadership.

If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. I do not recommend this daycare facility for your child. There are some staff members who are down to earth about your child and others just do not care and it makes me ungodly sick watching them discriminate towards children in a classroom. My child was in preschool 1 with Ms.cassidy and ms.Britney and we absolutely adore them. They are both amazing teachers to have! On the other hand the management is ruthless and doesn’t care about anything other than the money. Every time I dropped off or picked up management was on their phones and wouldn’t even bother to look up at the parents walking into the facility. I got tired of getting an attitude from them when I would ask questions. I would ask my son everyday what he had for lunch and his response was 2 chicken nuggets a carrot stick and 1 strawberry or it would be a peanut butter jelly sandwich and a little piece of bananas. My child was constantly coming home hungry and I was getting frustrated. I would ask the teacher in preschool 2 when I would pick up and she would always say I’m not in the classroom with them and that I’ll have to speak with management.When I asked management about it they said that the children were getting a full meal everyday and would make sure that my child would have enough food everyday. At pickup the classroom would be destroyed and the teacher was always yelling at the children to either sit down or they weren’t allowed to play with the toys. I walked in one day and she was pointing in another child’s face and when she turned around and saw me walking through the door to pickup my child she instantly changed her tone of voice as if I didn’t see or hear her actions. As a single mother it is hard to be able to juggle work and making sure your child is being well taking cared of, once I saw this daycare It was super close to my job that made it easy on me but I couldn’t handle the attitude from grown adults and not having my child being feed properly. I am not one to write reviews but I could not keep this information to myself and possibly could help another parent out there looking for a daycare for their children.

My child graduated from this center, and I couldn't be more than happy with the care that I received! He absolutely loved Ms. Robin! No matter the day she was always happy to see him! When he first started, he had trouble during drop offs and would cry and scream. She took him under her wing and helped ease the process for us! He definitely will be coming back during the summer.

I just want to give a big shout out to Jess. Jess and her staff donated a huge amount of book bags filled with school supplies for our students in Lindenwold Schools. We appreciate their kindness and generosity. Jess and her staff obviously have big hearts! Thank you so very much !
