When we first enrolled our daughter we loved the environment once you walked in, the Director and Assistant Director were very welcoming and eased all of our concerns. Her first week there we had an issue with the students purposely excluding my daughter from activities, but it was rectified the next day after we brought it to their attention. The next week a boy in her class kicked her, we didn't get an incident report, but she told us so we talked to them again. It was corrected quickly. Everything was going great her teacher at the time, Mrs Catherine, was teaching her so much and she finally would tell us she did more than just playing on the playground. There was a lot of staffing changes, but she still felt comfortable there and was learning. Fast forward to June 2017, my daughter broke her arm. They called me within a few minutes of it happening and I was on my way. They were able to keep her calm and used a nursing pillow to elevate and stabilize her arm (who would have thought of that) until I arrived. Mrs Catherine (now the Director) did her best to keep me informed with the reimbursement process/insurance claims and continuously called to check up on her. We did, however, have a misunderstanding or miscommunication about viewing the footage or if the footage was available for us to review the injury at all. But overall she did what she could being that this was a first major injury for her as well. As of this review, my daughter hasn't been back yet, since my husband doesn't feel comfortable (his babygirl got hurt, which is understandable) and that her time in the brace hasn't ended yet. Overall, I would recommend this school/daycare for "the learning experience" your child will receive. PS my daughter loved the indoor Play Blvd and the snacks. She also loved Ms. Kelsey.

I'm giving a 3 to be generous to the staff that was there when my kiddos started. They were the best! He was learning and flourishing so well. And now looking back on it we should've taken him out after the first wave of teachers left. In the beginning it was amazing. But after each new front desk change the quality of care plummeted fast! With each teacher that left for a better job or because they couldn't stay because of how they were treated. The quality of teachers decreased. I would say in the 3 years my oldest attend he has had at least 8 different teachers. Which I understand 3 or 4 is normal. But at one point it was a new teacher a month. I've had past teachers ask me why we are still there and to get out asap. But i really did love TLE. The only thing that was promised during our initial tour that actually happened was my 4 yr old was reading before we pulled him out. Other than that everything stated in pamphlets, online and during your tour. Don't count on it. We maybe recieved 1 or 2 learning bags. The app to check on your child worked for a few months on and off. But the facility was always clean and safe. The food and love Ms. Dorothy provides was always top notch. She made sure the teachers knew and double checked allergies. In the beginning they had splash day, field trips, special events for the younger kids and were always prepared to help parents. Now you have half thought out last minute tell the parents 2 days before events of they remember. In 2015 I would suggest everyone to come and join. Because the teachers made the school a safe fun educational environment. But now please try a different location that is more put together. TLE as a whole would get 5 stars from my family. But as sweet as the location started out I was left with a bad taste at the end.

It all started off with my wife and I loving this daycare. During the tour, we asked questions about the camera being recorded because we wanted to check on our infant when we were at work. They had responded that the camera was not available live through an app, but that it was recorded and that we could come in and sit down and review the recording for however long we wanted. On day 2 when picking up our infant, the summary sheet indicated that she was given breast-milk from an unknown source putting our child at health risk because she was 100% formula fed. We decided to check the recordings, but then we were told that the cameras were never recorded. So in two days, we received two lies. It is extremely important to have trust in those who will be taking care of your child when you are away and I highly recommend that you do not trust these people. I recommend that you try a location with a good reputation that has been around a while and research the employees at that location.

I believed the Spring location was an upstanding establishment that was well thought out for safety, security, fun and learning. I slowly learned as new management took place that it was no longer going to be that wonderful establishment I had spoken so highly of previously. I had several incidents where my daughter was bitten in the classroom multiple times, gotten bit on the playground and no one noticed, and not receiving incident reports for 2 incidents until a month later. I had let them know since February that I would be pulling her out of daycare at the latest by the month of May if I did not find a job because I was still job-searching but hadn't heard anything back and I didn't want my daughter to suffer a drastic schedule change when I could prevent it. A student teacher didn't recognize a bite on my blue eyed, blonde haired and fair skinned child that was bruised and still red with teeth marks when I picked her up 2 hours after the incident occurred. She stated she heard my daughter scream, checked her and saw nothing. She was in shorts and was bitten on her leg, visible when looking at her. I constantly spoke with the teachers regarding my unhappiness in the facility's lack of attention and attempted on several occasions to speak to management, with no responses except "they would get back to me". I am ashamed that I continued to allow my child to attend in hopes of not harming her well-being. I do not recommend this organization but I do recommend three outstanding teachers (2 of which no longer work there), Michaela, Kelsie and Heather, which are the only reasons, l was willing to give this establishment 2 stars of which they are unworthy.

The first day I walked in to TLE Spring- Louetta, "I knew this was my daycare!" I felt scared to enroll my daughter Allyson at yet another daycare, but when I met Miss Morgan and Warren I immediately felt comfortable and relaxed and at home. Miss Morgan walked me through the daycare within the same hour and I was very impressed! This daycare is the cleanest and well managed daycare in Houston. Now we have been at TLE for 4 months going on 5 and loving it!! Mrs Rhoda is Allyson's teacher and she is AWESOME!! She takes care of my baby like she is her own and Iove her :) for that!! She is great!! Allyson loves her too. Mrs. Alba is wonderful too... She is so funny and very nice and makes Allyson laugh. We love everyone at TLE Spring Louetta! And Miss Jessica and Fabiola!, We love our new director Mrs Destini, she is the perfect person to complete TLE. I look forward to many years at TLE Spring- Louetta. I know my Allyson will be very happy! Much TLC @ TLE Spring - Louetta Fallon M.
