Our experience at TLE has been nothing but amazing. We're greeted everyday by name and our daughter is always excited to be there! We started our daughter here when she was 4 months old and she was in the infant A room. We absolutely LOVED Ms. Fernanda and Ms. Sarah! Our daughter came home everyday with her hair done, clean, and happy! She is now in Infant B and is loving all the independence and friends she has. She has 3 wonderful teachers who are with them everyday and the staff that come in throughout the day know her by name and know her personality so well! When she moved into the B class, they also moved her with a group of kids so she had familiar faces during the transition which helped her so much. As a family, we could not be happier with our experience here!!

If you're looking for a daycare that truly prioritizes your child’s well-being and fosters a supportive environment for both families and staff, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. My experience has been consistently disappointing — and at times, deeply concerning. My child sustained a bite while in their care. I reported the incident to the state due to the seriousness of the situation. Unfortunately, because no staff witnessed what happened and the live feed cameras do not record, there was insufficient evidence to follow up further. To me, this highlighted a much bigger issue: the center is understaffed and the team clearly overworked, leading to lapses in supervision and safety. Leadership — specifically the owner, Ms. Meeta, and the Executive Director, Ms. Jessica —are absent and unresponsive. When issues arise, they leave lower-level staff to handle difficult conversations and situations without proper support or resources. It’s become evident that collecting tuition is a higher priority than providing consistent, high-quality care. While I believe the frontline staff are doing their best under difficult conditions, the high turnover and lack of stability are not what I want for my child. I've made the decision to finish the year and transition to a different daycare. This center operates more like a business focused on profit than a childcare facility rooted in compassion, accountability, and trust. Families deserve better — and better options are out there.

As a parent, we all want the best for our children. We know that no establishment can ever give the level of love and care to our children in the same way we do, but all we ask for is for our children to be treated well and for them to be safe. TLE of Sayreville has an extensive history of INTENTIONALLY FAILING to self report incidents to the licensing agency and to parents. Since they don't have cameras, you pray all is well with your child when you are not there. However, TLE Sayreville administration failed us. One of their teachers FORGOT my child in the class bathroom when the air conditioning failed this past summer when outside temperatures were over 100 degrees. They moved all the children to a cooler class but my child was left unattended and forgotten for an hour based on firsthand reports. Admin never notified us of this incident and instead rushed to fire the teacher. No paperwork, nothing. My child could have ingested something in the bathroom - but we were never notified to have the opportunity to take him to the doctor to get checked out. Once we were made aware of this situation, they claimed he was left there for only 10 minutes. But one thing I know for a fact is that they NEVER notified us. Also based on firsthand reports, this is not the first time they have hidden incidents so don't be fooled by their seemingly low incident/complaint rate with the state. They need to be heavily investigated and if needed, they need to be shut down. All we ask for as parents is transparency and communication. Instead we got secrecy, lies and neglect. I would not recommend this center to ANYONE. Staff turnover is so high and most teachers are paid less than minimum wage. This is a recipe for disaster and it seems that management only cares about their pockets and the company's bottom line. Also, reading these recent reviews, I am heartbroken for my child and all the other children that attend this center because it's clear that the children are mistreated. My son exhibited the same behavioral issues described in another recent review and also insisted on stopping by his old classroom to be soothed as he hated going to the class where he was eventually neglected. My child is now attending a different facility and those behavioral issues have vanished. He has returned to the temperament he once had and he is excited to go to school everyday. I wish we had withdrawn him from TLE sooner.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This daycare is not a safe or caring environment for children. The way they treat the kids is completely unacceptable, they show no patience, compassion, or respect. I would never recommend this place to any parent who loves their child. Please, do your research and choose somewhere that truly cares about the well-being and happiness of your little ones

As a parent, I am deeply saddened and disturbed by what has taken place at this daycare. My son began attending this facility when he was about a year and a half old. He’s now two, going on three. For the longest time, I had no complaints — everything was wonderful and truly worth every penny. His teachers and assistants in the Toddler B and Twaddler classrooms were amazing. They greeted him every morning with warmth and love, making it easier for him to separate from us and enjoy his day while we worked. However, once my son transitioned into the Prepper’s A class, everything changed drastically. He was no longer excited to go to school in the mornings. He insisted on stopping by his former class and hugging his previous teachers before he could settle, and if he couldn’t, he would become very upset. Soon after, I began noticing concerning behavioral changes. My son started coming home punching, pushing, and even biting! behaviors that are not taught or tolerated at home. He also began screaming uncontrollably, something completely out of character for him. After speaking with other staff members, I learned that my son had been mistreated by one of his teachers. He had been screamed at and yanked by his arm simply because he wasn’t standing on the “correct” side of the wall while lining up to go outside. These children are two years old not prisoners. I understand the importance of following directions and forming a line, but what happened to gently guiding toddlers? What happened to using patience and positive redirection? It is never acceptable to grab, yank, or scream at a child especially one so young and still physically developing. Sadly, I later learned that another child at this same daycare had even suffered a broken arm in the past. As a concerned parent, I requested an investigation and a sincere apology. Instead, the daycare responded by having the teacher conveniently “out sick” for two days, conducting a so called 24-hour investigation, and then calling my husband and me into the daycare only to inform us that our son would be disenrolled effective immediately. This was absolutely heartbreaking. Rather than protecting the children and conducting a real investigation, they chose to protect the teacher responsible for this mistreatment ONCE AGAIN. Silence protects the abuser — not the child. Children deserve love, compassion, and patience. They are only two years old, learning how to manage emotions and trust the world around them. They are not adults. Every single negative review about this daycare is true. It’s also disappointing and honestly telling how the owners respond to each of them with the same dismissive statement: “The situation you have described does not align with the nurturing learning environment we always aim to create.” That generic response alone says everything. Instead of taking accountability or showing genuine concern for what parents and children experience, they choose to deny, deflect, and repeat the same empty line. There’s nothing “nurturing” about ignoring serious concerns brought up by multiple families. Please, for the sake of your child’s safety and well-being, think twice before enrolling them here.
