The Learning Experience

My family has a long history at The Learning Experience in Parsippany since my son attended at this location in 2019. Four years later and now my daughter attends school here. The same heartwarming smiles walked the hallways four years later. They have great retention of teachers that are committed to their excellent curriculum and gentle personalized care of the children. The teachers are all so supportive and communicative with daily reports if needed by the parents. They have wonderful events for the staff and children including charity events, holiday events and fun events outside the school environment as well! I would highly recommend this school if you’re in the process of looking for a school for your child…you won’t regret it!!!

I signed my son up last June of 2025. And the experience has been nothing short of excellent!...The front office staff is unbelievably acceptipnal. Ms Elky is great! She answers and tends to any and every need or concern Ive had. She took the lead on an entire Christmas recitle for all of us parents and she did a fantastic job!...My son is in the PS3 class. The teacher Ms Ijaaz and her partner Ms Meneka are truly the best! Prior to my son arriving at this school we had him at another daycare where his potty training went south. One week with Ms Ijazz and he was back on track. I could not be more grateful for this school and their staff. Especially management and my sons teachers.

I just have to share how much my family loves TLE Parsippany! Not going back to work wasn’t an option, so it was incredibly important for me to feel secure in my choice in daycare. From the moment my husband and I visited the facility, we knew this was a place our future little one needed to learn and grow. Fast forward to my daughter’s enrollment…I couldn’t ask for more. My daughter is now 10 months and LOVES her teachers and the staff. I have to wait for her to give out hugs before we leave for the day. She has learned so much in her classroom and from the other sweet kids in the infant room. I have the utmost confidence that my child is safe and cared for every single day she is dropped off. We are excited to continue to watch her develop through the curriculum. All you can ask for as a parent is that your child is cared for and engaged throughout the day. It is evident that TLE Parsippany has made a massive impact on my child. We plan to keep her through Pre-K!

My children have only been here for about 2 weeks but oh my what an amazing school! My son is 3 and autistic daughter is 5. They show that they care for every child whether they’ve been there their whole lives or just a few days. You see the teachers love what they do and always take the time to let me know how they were for the day. If anything happens they’re quick to call me and inform me of what’s going on. You can feel the love in the school and how much everyone loves being there. The school it’s self physically is beautiful, colorful and inviting, the staff are caring and so helpful, I wish I would have found them wayyyy before. My son has had some behavioral issues that has gotten him kicked out of two daycares but here he’s engaged, focused and concentrated. Teachers are quick to redirect and not scream at them all day. I write this long review because I was holding my breath but TLE is truly a gem of a place, and even if the price might be out of your budget like it did for me, it’s so worth it knowing your kid(s) are well taken care of. Every time I visit to see my granddaughter, I'm greeted with warm smiles and friendly hellos that make me feel like part of the community. What amazes me most is the incredible progress my granddaughter has made in such a short time. At less than three years old, this little toddler is already speaking in complete sentences in both English and Spanish, and she's even incorporating sign language into her communication. She's mastered her colors and numbers, learned essential life skills, such as taking care of her belongings, and developed impeccable manners and social skills. The center's curriculum is thoughtfully designed to foster holistic development, blending fun with meaningful learning. At the heart of this outstanding center is Director Aya, a truly wonderful leader brimming with energy and passion. Her exceptional guidance sets The Learning Center apart, making it stand out from many other centers I've visited over the years. Under her visionary direction, the entire team thrives, creating an unparalleled experience for every child and family. I've enthusiastically recommended The Learning Center to all my family, friends, and neighbors—it's the best I've ever seen.
