My son has been going here since he was 8 months old and he’s about to turn 4 in March, and he absolutely loves it! The entire staff is amazing, from top to bottom, from the owners to the school director to the team Ally , Ms. Tai, and my son’s favorite Ms. Bebe! Everyone there is amazing!
I love the learning experience! My kid is very happy there. All the staff are just like family. He will be attending TLE until he starts preschool. I 100%!recommend.
At the beginning I wasn't too sure about the place. After two years my kids love it there this summer they want to ne dropped off as early as possible. They love their teachers. I pray that everything works out over the next few years so that I am able to keep them enrolled where they are the happiest with Bubbles and friends at The Learning Experience!!!!
I made an appointment for a tour. We were let in the door by someone with a TLE shirt on thinking they were just holding the door for us. But they were walking out of the building, said “hey, how you doing?” And they kept walking.Thinking maybe they were running to the car we took a seat because no one was at the front desk. So we wait for about 15 mins. Then I decided to try to get the attention of a woman in the classroom which I didn’t want to disturb because the kids were trying to nap. I lightly tap on the window a couple of times and I get no response. I sit down again because of course I don’t want to wake any of the children. So I wait another 5 mins and I tap on the glass. The woman still doesn’t move, and I know she can hear me because at this point I have about 5 kids starring at me. So I finally knock on the door, I’m thinking this lady is possibly death now. So I check to see if the door is locked , it’s not so I walk in and say “ hello, hello, excuse me “. This lady does not move at all!! I’m in the class room and you can’t see or hear me is crazy. I finally wave my hands and she pulls her headphones out of her ear. I told her I had an appointment and she said “ oh they may be at lunch” . We decided to leave. Just out of curiosity we wanted to check if the door is always open in the front and we walked out of the building and back in. I’m sharing because I found it very uncomfortable that we could walk in the building and in a class room without anyone even recognizing we were present. This tells me it’s easy to take a child out of this building and no one would notice. Also I found it very inconsiderate that you could make an appointment while no one was available. Lastly, if the person leaving the building was who our appointment was with you think they would say I’m at lunch right now or there is no one here at the moment for you to speak with and you will have to return later. Bad first impression!
Amazing staff and management team. The atmosphere there is off the charts amazing! My child is always well taken care of whenever I drop him off.
