The Learning Experience - New Haven

I have had a wonderful experience with this daycare. The focus on child education and development is evident through age-appropriate activities that support learning, confidence, and growth. The staff are caring, attentive, and communicate clearly, always responding to questions or concerns in a timely manner. I especially appreciate the positive redirection used to guide behavior, helping my child feel supported while learning appropriate social skills. My child has also benefited greatly from the emphasis on socialization, developing friendships and learning cooperation and empathy. Overall, this daycare provides a nurturing, well-organized environment, and I highly recommend it. Ms. Ali and Ms. Amanda have been great with building activities to help guide and teach the children about healthy eating, inclusion and much more.

TLE New Haven has truly been a blessing for our family. My son started at just 3 months old, and he was a very colicky baby who cried consistently. From day one, his teachers showed incredible compassion, patience, and understanding—especially while managing his medical needs. I have always felt completely confident that my son is safe, genuinely cared for, and fully supported each and every day. The love and attention they provide goes far beyond expectations. From receiving my very first birthday card (which I didn’t even realize they knew!) to them recently creating a birthday card for his grandmother’s upcoming birthday, it’s the little things that mean so much. Watching my son consistently reach milestones and grow in such a loving environment has been truly amazing. The care, dedication, and love that pour out of his teachers do not go unnoticed. Thank you, TLE New Haven, for everything you do for my son and our family.

After about a year of care I am pulling my child from this center. For the first year I had no issues and was very pleased with care. When my child was moved to the preschool classroom there were issues. My child fell on the playground and in the incident report it stated she was “bumped” by another child. When I got her home she told me clearly that she was PUSHED. Her last day was Tuesday. When we returned home from the center my daughter clearly stated “Mandy put a banana in my mouth.” After more discussion she repeated what she had said. I noticed marks on her face as well. When I called the next day all I was told was there was no one by that name there. Because I was told the cameras don’t record I have no way of knowing what truly happened to my child. Whatever happened, there won’t be another incident. I’m going elsewhere for care. This deeply saddens me because I really loved the set up and activities at the center. However my trust has been broken and I no longer feel my child is safe at this location.

This daycare has been a blessing to my daughter! Not only is she in an interactive,clean and supportive environment but she is also coming home each day learning new words and positive life development skills. The staff here are kind, gentle and genuinely care about the children they look after. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe well-kept and educational environment for your child.

My experience initially joining TLE was easy, supportive and they were very welcoming. It has been a little over a year and ever since the experience is amazing! My daughter is happy coming and going each day. We love TLE!
