TLE is awesome, and super convenient if you have a student at Ellisor. Our daughter has been here 7 months and right away we noticed how fast she was learning with their curriculum. She gets lots of attention and affection. The owners are wonderful, kind people. She's gained best friends and wants to go to school everyday, even weekends because she has so much fun. We've tried most of the preschools in the area, and TLE is the first time I have not felt so guilty leaving my child to work. She is safe, having fun, learning, and is where she wants to be. That is a very reassuring feeling. Highly recommend TLE!
My daughter has attended The Learning Experience for over a year. The staff has gone out of their way to accommodate her special needs, and makes sure to modify any lesson plans so that she can be included with her peers. During the summer break the director, Miss Phyllis, brought in a staff member from Klein ISD who specialized with special needs children. The amount of time and attention Miss Barbra gave to my daughter was game changing for her confidence and learning new skills. Now that the school year has started and she attends PPCD during half of the day; the TLE staff makes sure to help the bus driver transition her smoothly to the next part of her day. I could not ask for a better team! The school has embraced Vivian with open arms and loved her even on some of her roughest days. I was so fearful of who I could trust with my daughter and who could handle her autism without complaint. Miss Phyllis and the TLE staff have become family to our little tribe. We love them and would highly recommend this school to any of our friends and family.
This has been the worst childcare experience I have ever encountered. My son started on Monday and will not be going back. Two hours in to his first day TLE had plumbing issues and was shut down by the city of Houston. This caused them to call all the parents from work and send the kids home for the day. No big deal but, then again it is. I had to leave work in which I work in Asset Services so it is a big deal on my end. Then on Friday they call me to leave work a second time in the same week because they did not know how to redirect my son who the Director was not short of expressing her concerns about the possibility of him being autistic. What a horrific experience I have had. I want to warn all parents who have a demanding job or a child with disabilities not to take your children here. P.S. by the way they charged my card a full months tuition without my approval. I did not enroll in auto pay and they still went through with charging my card after everything. A total nightmare of a place.
We love TLE and the wonderful staff! Our kids loved being there and that says a lot about the atmosphere and care they provide for the kids. We were so sad when we had to move because we finally found a great daycare that treats you like family. Nothing but great things to say about everyone there!
My almost 4 year old has been going to TLE since September 2017 and I must say, this is the first daycare that he seems to enjoy going to (so far he has been to 5, including TLE). He gets up in the morning and once dressed, lets me know he is ready, this has never happened with any of his other daycares. The staff is also very friendly.
