The Learning Experience

We came in for a tour and had such a great experience. Ivelise was absolutely wonderful. She gave us a thorough tour and took the time to explain everything in detail, which really put us at ease as parents. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient with all of our questions. We truly appreciated how informative and reassuring the entire visit was. We left feeling confident and excited. Highly recommend!

My child recently started daycare here in September, and he absolutely loves it and his teachers. The staff and teachers are so caring, patient and kind. From the moment I visited for a tour I felt like this place would be a perfect fit for him. At 22 months this would be his first place away from home. But ultimately how he reacts to the teachers and school was the deciding factor. I’ve picked him up from the classroom and he’s dancing or playing, you can tell he’s comfortable here. He tells me he’s happy and with the biggest smile on his face. He’s learning to express himself so much more here. I’m happy I chose TLE Hoboken. Great Daycare! Best decision!

My experience at The Learning Experience has been nothing short of amazing!!! Ever since my son has attended he has been nothing but all smiles. The teachers are amazing and so tender with the children. And so far he has picked up on so many skills. I'm truly grateful for this daycare and the amazing people the work there!

It’s been 4 months that our little one is in this daycare and so far, we are happy about they deal with the kids. Of course nothing is perfect and it’s right that the teacher turnover is high, but the teachers we are dealing with seem very concerned and careful, the curriculum is great to transition towards the PreK, the management is always replying and being present to adjust any request. The facility are well equipped, with a playground just outside, food is locally prepared and varied (although there is too much meals for me) and we have a constant and extensive follow up of the activities through pictures and messages, which is great. Updated Review - see initial review below: My kids attended for two years. It started strong, hit a rough patch (see my initial review), but rebounded in the months before we left. After my review, the owner reached out, listened to parent concerns, and made impressive improvements—hiring better teachers, replacing poor performers, bringing in a new manager, and visiting weekly. She even checked in personally to ensure my kids were happy. We left when my son started Pre-K, and he still asks when he can go back. Initial Review: It’s taken me over a year to write this review. Some days good some not so bad. Initially I thought they were doing a pretty good job. My children’s teachers were pretty consistent and very caring. Things have really gone downhill. The biggest issues I have are the teacher turnover, management turnover, teachers constantly calling out sick, lack of teachers with childcare experience, and the ever growing classrooms. I’ve definitely been there where they did not meet the regulatory requirements. Failure to communicate important items with the parents such as turnover and classroom changes. Reasons my kids are still there are my son bonded with a group of kids who’ve transitioned together and you can tell how much the children are loved by some staff members. The owner should thank Ms Yvette and Ms Ivelise for the warmth they bring to the center. I will say the facility is nice and clean. Having a playground next to center is also a plus.
