The Learning Experience

TLE is the best thing to have happened to my family. I pushed off day care because I was so scared of leaving my child with strangers, but when the time came that she needed to go I knew instantly that was the school for us. Every staff member greeted my daughter when they saw her. It's evident that everyone there loves what they do. It's alarming how quickly they are able to teach children. After one week my daughter's verbal skills were exponentially improved. There is a curriculum that incorporates play AND learning. No screen time. They teach languages, music, emotional regulation, manners, and many other crucial life/social skills. She began potty training on day 1, and was successful! They are the only people that she will eat vegetables for. Everyone knows her name. They make family a big part of the school body with family friendly curated events for various holidays, school pictures, consistent updates via the school app, text messages, etc. If you're considering TLE take my word for it, they're there for YOU in the mist refreshing way. They will love your child as if it's their own.

Our 3 year year old has been attending TLE rutherford for nearly two years and we cant say enough good things about this school. Every teacher and admin has been amazing. We are so impressed with where he is both academically and socially. Highly recommend!!

The Learning Experience in East Rutherford was the very first preschool I toured for my daughter, and it ended up being the last. I knew right away it was the right fit. It did take her a little while to adjust because of her personality- but with the love, patience, and support from the staff, here we are a year later and I truly can’t picture her anywhere else. Maritza and Diana (Center Director & Assistant Director) are so sweet and always look out for both the kids and the parents. Their communication and care make such a difference. They run the school beautifully and have been so accommodating every step of the way. And of course, the amazing teachers have made my daughter feel safe, cared for, and excited to learn. We’re going to be so sad to leave next year when she moves on to kindergarten, but this place will always hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you TLE for being such a wonderful beginning to Lei’s school journey!

I wanted to leave a good review after we took a tour of the facility. The building is gorgeous, beautiful vibrant and inviting colors inside, well maintained, clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The kids there looked very happy and excited to be there. The only reason we didn’t pick this daycare for our son was just that we needed more flexibility with the weekly schedule, with the possibility to adjust between 2 days up to 5 days per week throughout the year, and also include only half days if needed. Otherwise, this facility would have been really great for us.

My son had a wonderful experience at TLE Rutherford! He had a difficult transition going to daycare after COVID, but the teachers at TLE made it a smooth experience for my child. He adjusted in only a week, which surprised me. He loved going to TLE. Even after going to elementary school for several years, he still remembers his teachers Ms. Maria (who since retired) and Ms. T (who is awesome!). So much so that we went back to TLE to see them this past week. The quality of care, education and food provided at TLE Rutherford is top notch. It is great for nurturing kids and getting them ready for school in a positive, caring and fun environment. I highly recommend TLE Rutherford for prospective parents!
