My wife and I had a family emergency that caused us to enroll our daughter in a day care. We scheduled an appointment to tour The Learning Experience in Bayville and immediately fell in love. From the moment you walk through the doors (that you have to be buzzed into) you’re met with a clean and friendly environment. Miss Nicci is professional, courteous , and personable, greeting children with a comfort that puts parents and kids at ease. Miss Marissa is phenomenal, actively engaging with kids and knowing each child’s needs and particular “language”, often knowing what my daughter wants before I can figure it out. Miss Janet is a blessing , making the transition from having our daughter home with us to sending her away for 8 hours a day go as easy as possible. This combined team fosters an atmosphere where kids are comfortable to interact , express themselves, learn valuable social skills, and feel at home while providing parents the comfort knowing their baby is being taken care of. We have had such a great experience here despite my initial hesitation to put our 4-month old in daycare. Ms. Dana in the infant room has been exceptional. Her and the rest of the staff have taken amazing care of our son. He is excited to be dropped off and we are consistently updated throughout the day. I would not hesitate to recommend The Learning Experience's Berkeley location to anyone looking for a safe and welcoming daycare.
This is one of the best daycare centers I have ever brought my children to. Dena, the site director, is unbelievably patient, kind, and overall a wonderful person to speak to. Her staff is a reflecrion of her great leadership. My 3yo son is a handful, and the girls who run his classroom are just as patient. Miss Cece and Miss Santina have a firm grasp on that class. They have been very understanding and caring when redirecting my son's problematic behavior. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. You will never find a daycare that is perfect, but both of my children have attended TLE Berkeley since they were about 11 months old (going on four years now) and we are truly happy here. If any issue arises - they are quick to adjust and make sure the issue is addressed immediately and show honest care and love for our kids. My kids come home happy and tuckered out - which tells me they’re thriving, playing, learning and growing here. Love this place!
The Learning Experience in Bayville is the most amazing daycare! Both my kids started at this daycare when they were 3 months old and they're now 2 1/2 and a year old, and all the teachers love them and treat them like they're their own kids. Everyone always greets us with a smile and does an amazing job taking care of the kids. The director Dena is an absolute angel and does anything and everything and goes beyond to accommodate everyone's needs. She truly makes you feel like you are family and make sure your kids are fully taken care of!
