The Learning Experience At Chelmsford

We started sending our daughter to the learning experience when she was 3.5 years old and TLE has been so accommodating from the beginning. It’s been almost 2 years since and I still cannot say enough good things about TLE. Most importantly my daughter loves it there and looks forward to going every day. And her teachers, Ms. Maria and Ms. Aaliyah, are the primary reason for this. They really go above and beyond to not only help the kids learn and have fun but genuinely care about each child. They are so kind and welcoming and our family truly appreciates their dedication to teaching

The Learning Experience Chelmsford branch is absolutely fantastic. Our son is in the young infant room with his outstanding teachers, Ms. Janet and Ms. Mariana. Being educators ourselves, we greatly value the thoughtful and engaging curriculum the teachers put together for the children. We also get the most amazing, hilarious, and joyful photos of our kiddo engaged in all sorts of themed crafts and social activities throughout the day. We are so grateful for the incredible care his teachers show him and us every day. We are first-time parents and everything is new to us, so being able to ask questions, get advice, and hear insights into how to best support our son’s development has meant the world and given us confidence. We also feel that our son’s multicultural identity is welcomed and celebrated here, as Janet and Mariana custom-designed a craft for our son in honor of a holiday we celebrate at home. And can we talk about the tremendous thought and effort they put into their bulletin boards?! Sometimes I get a photo of a craft in the morning, and that same day we see the amazing new educational learning display already hung up. Needless to say, pick-up is our favorite time of day– not just because we get to see our son, but because we get to connect meaningfully with his teachers. It is evident that both Janet and Mariana, as well as the floater teachers who help out in the classroom, show great tenderness, patience, and knowledge when supporting the children. Going back to work after being on parental leave has been incredibly difficult, but it gives us great peace of mind to know our son is in such good hands.

The Learning Experience has been a truly wonderful and supportive environment for our son. From the moment we began the transition from parental leave to full-time care, the staff has been incredibly helpful, easing both our son's and our own anxieties. The entire center is exceptionally well-run and organized, and communication is top-notch. The convenient app keeps us updated throughout the day, so we always feel connected and know when he needs additional supplies. We also love that The Learning Experience provides quality, nutritious food. Knowing our son is eating well and learning in such a nurturing environment gives us immense peace of mind. We are consistently impressed by the knowledgeable staff who are not only professional but genuinely care for the children. They work with us to reinforce the stereotypical milestones, eating solids, rolling over, sitting up, crawling, standing, etc. Eating solids was a game-changer for sleep. A special shout-out to Ms. Jeanette, a truly outstanding teacher who has made a significant impact on our son's experience. She has a warmth and dedication every day. She works with the youngest children just starting and has been with the center for over 15 years. The owner and directors really go above and beyond with additional activities outside of routine daycare. They had a Friday Movie Night where kids could say until 10pm, giving the parents a date night. They had a Summer Kick Off Party where the entire parking lot had fun games and animals for the children on a Saturday. They call when our son is homesick and make gifts for Mother's & Father's Day. They create a close knit community. We highly recommend this center to any family looking for a caring and well-managed daycare.

We love The Learning Experience! My son has such a great time in Ms. Hannah and Ms. Eva's class. I love that they do so many activities with the kids and they take pictures! We have SO MUCH art that has come home from daycare. This truly is an awesome place and I feel good knowing my kid is safe, engaged and having so much fun!

Both of our kids have enjoyed TLE. They have had some amazing teachers. Our favorite babysitter (Miss Aaliyah) was previously one of their teachers and is usually the first face we see when we drop off and pick up daily. Seeing her reminds them that they are as close to home as they can get and they are safe. Our son loves his teacher miss Haile (sp?) and talks about her all the time. You can hear miss Maria echoing down the hallways with excitement or miss Aaliyah yelling hello from her classroom door to the kids that she had the year before and is toll excited to see her face. It’s just a nice familiar place to bring your kids that has provided our kids what we can’t during the workday and what we are grateful to the center and all of the teachers for doing in our absence. You truly do find yourself feeling as if you are part of an extended family.
