Our daughter has thrived at TLC these past two years. I appreciate the school’s communication, the amazing teachers, and the overall commitment to making learning fun and creative, with emphasis on getting the kids outdoors!
Both of my children attended The Learning Center and the experience could not have been better. Susan runs a fantastic operation and the staff are all very friendly and caring. My kids were both very upset when it was time to move on. I would highly recommend TLC to anyone looking for a lovely culture for their little ones.
🚩 I paid a $615 deposit to have my son attend preschool at TLC for 3 days a week. Months after I paid my deposit they changed their structure and stopped offering 3-day placements, and began ONLY offering 5-day placements which they then offered to me. I responded that I did not want a 5-day placement and wanted to stick with my originally agreed upon 3-day placement that I had paid a $615 deposit for. They said I was therefore "declining" my son's spot, and refused to return my $615 saying it was "non-refundable" even though they were no longer even offering the 3-day a week spot I had paid for. They actually said they couldn't refund me since they didn't refund other parents in the past who were also in this situation (another red flag!). TLC Preschool of Evergreen is incredibly fraudulent and I would never recommend anyone giving them a penny nor sending their children there.
This is a wonderful preschool. The teachers are all certified in early childhood education and my son is thriving in this nurturing environment. With an older child, I have experience with three other local preschools and this is by far the best!
