My daughter has been attending The Center sense she was 9months old now 2. I absolutely love them the teachers are amazing always kind and respectful and are always looking in the best interest for my child. I have nothing but positive thoughts about this facility. I live and work about 20min away and never mind making the drive because I know my daughter is in good hands because of that I won’t settle for something closer.

I have been waiting for my dentist's appointment ( located right next door) for 45 mins a baby had been crying and the lady/teen working has not attended to her and is on her phone. When a car pulled up to drop off another student she bent down as if to look busy and as the car pulled off she resumed to ignore the child once again. Would not recommend leaving your precious babies if this woman is working !!

Very one is so friendly and kind. They put the care of the children first. My kids love going there. They have made some life long friends and memories at the learning center.

The teachers are great and the reason I tried to make it work. I finally made the decision to switch facilities after realizing their policy and requirements were causing more stress than help in my particular situation. After letting them know and trying to pay for the 3 days still owed, I was told I couldn't have my babies things if I didn't pay for the whole week. I was recently laid off and in school (which they were aware of), and stated I only had money for the 3 days on me I would have to bring the rest at a later date, they refused to give me their things. After leaving completely embarrassed and had to explain to my 14 yr old in the car why they would not give me the babies things. I pulled out of the day care only to receive a phone call from the owner chewing me out for pulling the babies out and not paying her for this week. I told her I would have to call her back all three of my kids were in the car and could hear the conversation three times before having to not only hang up on her but decline when she called again before I could pull over in a parking lot to get out so my kids could not hear. I did just that and had to tell her several times to stop yelling and that it just wasn't going to work for me I would pay the full amount as soon as I was able. I finally told her I didn't feel welcome there and that her communication skills needed work, this behavior was out of line and asked for her license number (I had finally had enough). She refused to give me her license number, told me I had no life and nothing better to do with my time, I had issues, I would be sorry, she was going to make calls, and take every action she could against me. I disconnected the call for the second time. I understand there is policy, I understand that it is a business requiring payment, I tried to make the situation right to the best I possibly could. In saying that, it is my right as a parent to choose where my children are cared for, I was not ugly when I told them my decision, and I should be able to have my eight month old twins belongings. Instead I was contacted repetitively, yelled at, insulted, denied my babies things which will be thrown away, and threatened, all in front of my 3 children. . . All because I chose to switch daycares and was 100 short of 260 until the following week. In my opinion 100 dollars does not justify this behavior nor does switching facilities. In my opinion very little would justify it in front of children especially from the owner of a child care facility. The fact that she was unable to control her anger is very concerning (according to the other reviews I have seen I was not the first person with this experience).
