I do not like the professionalism that was shown towards me and my child by the owner and the director of the daycare. For starters November they had picture day. I paid for my child’s pictures. I was only given 1 item and nothing else in the bundle. The next week was Thanksgiving and money was automatically processed off my card when it was setup for me to personally pay them weekly which I did. The week of thanksgiving the daycare was open 2 days. My balance was $0 from the previous weeks but that week my daughter attended 1 day equaling $50 but $100 was pulled from my account. I spoke with the owner about the matter and she said nothing owing up to scamming me but I asked the owner could I merge the 2 weeks into 1 because of bank fraud plus my child only attended 4 days within those two weeks. She agreed. Come to find out she processed the money out of my account. She said things like I didn’t agree to waive the $50 fee, speak to your bank, I didn’t get paid for last week but wrote on the paper she received last week on the following Monday. Everyday in December she repeatedly stop me to say something to me which was a SCAM. 1 week the money was processed by me MANUALLY was “pending.” I showed the director the screenshot of the status of the payment. The owner isn’t there in the morning. When I spoke with the offender(owner) she let me know she didn’t get last week. Later I received an email to confirm the status of the weekly fee and just paid the money that remained on my card(never spent the money). That woman told me something like “my payment didn’t go through” MEANING TO ME she is trying to pull the money off while the card is locked. Also, why is money being processed off automatically if it’s setup manually. Which all of these conversations were recorded by the daycare cameras. On Ms. Travis’s billing app “Brightwheel” the balance was fluctuating with every conversation we would have. However, I did speak to my bank and they told me the owner Ms. Travis did automatically pull off $100. And I did get my pictures by going up to the daycare where the police were called. I recorded the conversation of the director Ms. Tab saying “mom we gave all of the parents their photos” before hanging up on me. The police was called and the photographer personally gave my daughter her photos. He admitted everything to me and the police. These daycares not only harm mother’s but children too with their attitudes. It is actually disgusting!

My daughter started there Last Dec in 2023, in the 2 year old class. She is now in the 3 to 4yr old and she loves this center. Great vibes everyday. I would recommend!!

My children went here for 5 years and they loved it. Everyone was nice. No problems.
