The launching pad Is a great day care. My son started attending at 5 months old in the infant class. It was a great experience and environment for him. Emily and Katie were great, they informed us of his daily activities. They would send photos periodically throughout the week. He now attends the toddler's class, and Erica is Awesome with him as well. The launching pad staff makes sure to inform you of any issues that may arise. If you have any special requests, they always meet or exceed expectations. Linda and Tracy are very involved as the directors, and help out when needed without hesitation. I'm glad we were able to get our son in here.
The Launching Pad is a wonderful child development center. Just recently, my grandson transitioned from being in my care to The Launching Pad. The staff was caring and helped him to adjust. He immediately felt at home. He enjoys going around the center each morning to say hi to everyone. Each teacher takes time to say hello to him, give him a high five, a fist bump, a stamp of the foot or a hug depending on his desire. I cannot thank The Launching Pad staff enough for showing such care and concern for my grandson. If you are looking for a home away from home for your little one, The Launching Pad is definitely the best place!
The teachers really care about the children at The Launching Pad. In comparison with other centers, TLP is by far the best choice. Their summer program is awesome! They provide a variety of places for the children to enjoy all summer long. This is not just a daycare center. It truly is a child development center where the children learn and grow. I would recommend The Launching Pad to any parent wanting quality care for their child.
The most important thing when deciding on a place for childcare is "are these good people?". I can tell you from my experience that the answer is 100% yes for The Launching Pad staff. They helped my family with providing excellent care for our 4 year old when my wife had to be in the hospital and NICU with our premature son. They even would call and ask how my wife and the baby were doing. Our 4 year old was having a hard time with everything going on but Launching Pad not only took some worry off of our shoulders but his as well. He had so much fun and we felt a little a bit of relief knowing he was in good hands. We will never be able to express our gratitude enough.
I have had a wonderful experience with the Launching Pad! The staff is outstanding, both management and teachers! They truly go above and beyond for both the children and parents. In my 6+ years of my children attending this facility they have always been so welcoming and provide a clean, safe environment for all. I feel comforted knowing that my children are in excellent care!
