The staff at Kids World Center go above and beyond for their children here. They are so attentive. They truly care about your children, and leave you with no doubt about that. Every morning we drop our daughter off she is gleaming with the biggest smile. It’s so wonderful to have a place that you know can keep your momma heart calm.
If you will notice, all of the bad reviews were left three months ago. Three months ago an employee was caught on camera hitting a child (TERRIBLE). The employee was immediately let go. However, it is obvious that someone had their friends write bad reviews, because not all of the reviewers have kids at this facility. My children have been going here for three years now, and I wouldn't let them continue if it was not safe. The incident, I believe, was isolated. I asked my three year old if anything like that had happened to her and she said no. Believe me, she would be the first to let me know. In fact, she asks where that teacher is to this day and if we can go see her. Mrs. Tommy Sanchez, the owner, has always been very gracious and caring to me and my family. She picked up my two year old from my house at 5 AM, in order for me to have a c-section for my second child. The employees that are here care and really teach the kids. This is not a bad place, just got a bad reputation from one bad employee (who, again, no longer works here). I hate it for the parent and victim of the situation, but don't think it reflects the entire facility. They are under heavy supervision now, heavier than ever, because of the incident. Very safe and loving daycare for your children.
My son whose almost 2 started here recently and I expected at least a week of crying in the morning, but I was very surprised (and very happy) when his second morning he was happy at drop off in the morning and waving bye to me. I get texted pictures of him daily and when I pick him up in the evenings he is always happy. The owner is so sweet, caring, and amazing. The staff has been fantastic. I couldn’t want more for my baby then what they are providing. It is hard leaving your child anywhere and they are going above and beyond for my child every day. I can’t say enough good things about this place!!
My daughter absolutely loves this daycare/school. She has learned so much and made so many great friends through the years here. The director and her staff are some of the nicest people you will meet. Highly recommended if you are looking for childcare/preschool in the Madison/Gluckstadt area.
We love Kids World! It feels like a second family for my kiddos. The director Ms Tommy goes above and beyond to create a safe, fun, and loving environment for all.
