The Kids Place in Wilbraham is absolutely wonderful! The staff are kind, caring, and incredibly responsible. They take such great care of my child and always make sure to communicate if there are any issues or concerns. It gives me such peace of mind knowing my child is in such loving hands every day. I highly recommend The Kids Place and have already shared our great experience with many other parents.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality childcare! Staff is caring, warm and supportive. Supportive teachers stayed late a few times if I was running late.
The staff at TKP Wilbraham are committed to providing high quality childcare as well as developmentally appropriate early education experiences. Ruth is an amazing regional director and the child care teachers are all patient, kind and engaging. My son has been in this daycare for 2 years and I couldn’t be happier with our experience.

Completely appalled by the lack of professionalism, and disorganization of the Kids Place in Wilbraham! They provide false information, give false hope to parents and are just rude! My step daughter was trying to sign her son up for preschool and was informed she could not get financial assistance because of her husbands overtime at work, which was needed to get by financially. We were then informed if she came back in with more recent pay stubs showing no overtime my grandson would be able to start the following week because he would then be eligible. I specifically asked if an appointment needed to be made to be made to bring in the new paperwork and was informed that was not necessary. We arrived with the new paperwork to prove eligibility and were treated as if they didn’t know we were coming and had no idea of the conversation had previously. The staff Heather who confirmed everything on the phone previously was extremely rude and unprofessional. She initially told us he wouldn’t be able to start the following week because she already filled the spots, but that she would look to see what was available. Then a couple of hours later informed them he was still not eligible. Completely dumbfounded by the ignorance, incompetence and lack of communication between the staff. After speaking to friends, colleagues, and the licensing agency, I’m not surprised to hear that others have removed their children from this center and decided to use licensed family childcare instead. If I could give less than 1 star I would!
