As a mother, the initial thought of entrusting my precious children to care outside of our home was a source of considerable apprehension. Both of my girls have gone to Joyful Noise and I can’t tell you enough good things about this Preschool! The teachers and the director (Mrs. Sam) are amazing!! Anytime I have questions or need something, they are so quick to respond. Both of my kids have thrived here. My oldest did so well with her transition into her elementary school and my youngest has been doing so well and has grown so much since being there. Joyful Noise has given my girls a safe place to learn and grow. Exactly what I wanted out of a preschool, the teachers, and the director! Amazing group!

All three of my children went there and we couldn't have been happier. We recommend them to all the families we know within the McHenry, Johnsburg, Lakemoor area. Our kids always came home with a smile. They loved to sing us their songs and show us their artwork. I disagree with the other gentleman's opinions as all of our kids have succeeded with kindergarten and all the years of school that have followed. A lot of kids that tend to struggle with any year of schooling can almost always be traced back to a lack of parental involvement in their education. The teachers when my children went there and the current teachers are terrific. They do their best to teach the children manners, good attitudes and respect of their classmates. Sam has always been great to us.

We have had a wonderful experience at Joyful Noise preschool. My kids loved the hands-on approach to learning and were always excited to go to school! They were both very prepared for kindergarten. The teachers are amazing, always available to talk with parents and provided many updates and feedback on their progress. We are looking forward to sending our third to joyful noise when she is old enough! I would highly recommend this school.

I wish there were an infinite amount of stars that I could give. Both of my children attend Joyful Noise and I am eternally grateful for this school. My son started in the sunshine room (3/4 year olds) and he was extremely shy and displayed so many anxious tendencies. His teachers, as well as the school director, far surpassed my expectations. Sending my first child into a new environment was scary, but the moment we visited the school I just knew that we found the perfect fit. Ms. Sam, the director was so kind, knowledgeable, and patient with every single question and concern I had. Once school began his teachers Ms. Sarah and Ms. Lindsey were incredibly patient with him as well. As the year went on he blossomed and became a little more confident each day. Instead of fighting to not go in the classroom, he was eager to go and would get upset during breaks when he was not in school. He was so excited to have his little sister join his school as he entered the rainbow room (4/5 year olds). This year he is thriving and is confident and both of my children love going to school. They have learned so much academically and surprise me every day, but their social skills, especially my son have drastically improved. The teachers he has this year, Ms. Ryan and Ms. Nikki, are amazing and know what he needs and have helped his growth so much. My daughter gets to have the same teachers he had last year and she is smitten. She loves learning and she always runs straight into the room sometimes even forgetting to say goodbye! She is also growing in her confidence and learning how to interact and play with others. Both of my kids also attend Gym Kids with Coach Kelly once a week. She is also another gem and my children adore her as much as the rest of their teachers. Coach Kelly leads fun activities for the kids to enjoy and makes learning how to have a healthy and active lifestyle so engaging! Of all of the places I have seen before joining the Joyful Noise family, I have never seen a director so involved in the curriculum, teaching, playing, and supporting her teachers, students, and families as much as Ms. Sam has. She is wonderful and Wonder Woman in the flesh. She has rapid responses to any and all concerns, she is flexible, she is so understanding as our family has experienced so much and she and the rest of the team make my children feel safe and loved. I can’t imagine having chosen any other school. Ms. Sam and the other teachers may never fully know all that they have done for my kids and our family. We are eternally blessed to have found this school and be part of such a wonderful community. If you haven’t chosen to be a part of the Joyful Noise family yet the time is now!
