I went to Hudson Guild Theater because my flatmate was performing there. It was her debut on stage in New York so I went there to encourage her. The thearer was very small. It could accommodate 50-60 people at most. But, the chairs were comfortable and the lighting was good. I enjoyed watching the show. I might come here again if given an opportunity.
I was blown away by the performance here. Truly a memory of a lifetime and grateful for all the people that put together such a great experience.
Saw Merrily we Roll along! Pretty good theater! It goes very high up which might be a bit annoying and some of the side of the stage is cut off my lights.
Lots of history here.. a place that has been doing programming for youth for decades. My grandmothers and grandfather remember going to events and we’d take trips up to the Hudson Guild Farm (no longer owned by The Guild)
Great place for any artist or theater troupe who wants to perform their work. It's a smaller venue with comfortable seats, space and great acoustics. Be sure to bring a sweater though because management blasts the A/C right onto the audience.
