The Harvest has received polarized reviews. Five parents praised the center highly, describing loving and professional staff, cleanliness, security, and family-like atmosphere. However, three recent reviews allege serious concerns including child abuse charges against an employee, 56 complaints with SC childcare, inadequate monitoring despite cameras, and refusal to refund deposits.
We were originally planning on taking our baby here so we gave them the required $75 deposit to hold our spot for about 4-5 months out. They sent out an email shortly after stating they could not honor start dates as they were looking to hire only the best people with strong Christian beliefs. They refused to refund our deposit even though we now had to find another daycare. Turns out they are currently in the news for an employee being charged with 49 counts of child abuse. Only go here if you want to risk them harming your kids and stealing your money.
I am a Grandmother of one of your students. I live in Alabama and come into town as much as I possibly can. I always come early on Friday and pick up my Granddaughter at Harvest Daycare. They are so professional and I feel so safe about my sweet baby being there. I am always greeted and everything is clean and professional. I feel good about where my Granddaugher spends her days. I left the other days with tears. When I was walking out the door her teacher kissed my angel's arm and told her she loved her and good bye. I was so Thankful God had led my daughter to leave our baby where she is SO LOVED! I appreciate this Daycare so much and don't worry about what my angel is doing all week. I KNOW she is loved and cared for! She tells me what she is learning and singing during each week. Thank you and God Bless EACH of you for loving and caring so much for all of these precious children!
We have had our daughter that’s now 9 years old attend after school care for all of the school year. Harvest meets at her school at the end of the school day and busses them back to their center each day. She has made friends, felt secure with the staff, kept active, did school work and overall had a great time. We were updated with anything that was important and always felt comfortable and safe sending her there. We will definitely have her back in the fall.
If you want to feel like you're leaving you little one with family, then this is your Daycare. It's been known to have a long waiting list, that's because it's the best. Both of my baby's have gone there since they were newborns. I could not highly recommend any other place than The Harvest!
This is the BEST daycare. They love our babies as their own and they are all like family to us. We LOVE the Harvest. 💗
