My son started there a month ago when he first turned two months. I am also first time mom and very wary and nervous about leaving my child in the care of anyone besides myself and his father. But every time I drop him off or pick him up he is all smiles and happy noises. He always comes home in a clean diaper and a full belly. Any concerns I had were heard, understood and were followed up on without me having to ask. I look forward to keeping him here and watching him grow in this wonderful environment.
I filled out 3 applications for my children, waited a couple days for a response weather either via email or a phone call and received nothing. I then called during normal business hours 3 times and no body picked up. On the 4th call someone finally picked up. I told them my name and that I had 3 children I was looking to enroll in the daycare. She said she would have the owner/manager call me back as she tried to rush me off the phone I asked her was there even room for my 3 children I even told her their ages and she says again with an attitude that the owner/manager would call me back. It’s been a week and no calls back. If they ever do call back id love to hear their excuse. If they treat people like this before they even have your business I can only imagine the head ache it would be once the children are actually enrolled.
My two children (toddler and preschooler) attend this daycare, and I cannot even begin to describe how wonderful this facility is. My children are loved and cared for in a way that brings so much joy and peace to my momma heart. They come home so excited to tell me what they did and about their friends and teachers. The staff is so helpful and the teachers are so great about their communication. I am so thankful for the love and care that goes into what they do. The owners are the best of all. They are here every day and are just as hands on as the teachers. They love these kids like their own, and it shows in everything they do.
Our daughter has been attending here for the last year and a half. She started when she was 6 months old. Staff is quick to address any issues and takes all concerns we may have with a seriousness. This is our only child thus far but I would definitely recommend this daycare to others and enroll my next kid. It's important to me as a parent to feel heard and they are extremely responsive.
My daughter has attended here for a few years and the teachers, assistance and mgmt office are all fantastic. Halloween trunk o treats, garage sales, parent teacher night etc. no complaints.
