We absolutely love this preschool. Both of our kids have attended, and it has truly become like a second home for our family. The teachers and staff go above and beyond every single day. I can’t say enough good things about The Growing Place. From the moment we enrolled, we’ve felt welcomed, supported, and truly part of a community. The teachers are not only incredibly dedicated and caring (you truly feel the love!), but they also go above and beyond to make learning fun and engaging. On a personal note, my kids enjoy going to school so much that they've even asked to attend on additional days. The Growing Place is a great school and a fantastic introduction to ‘formal’ schooling. Oh, and they throw a lot of fun events and parties for the kids and parents!
I can't say enough about The Growing Place Nursery School in Kinnelon! My son attended all three years, and every day was filled with growth and discovery. The teachers, who are mostly moms themselves, cared so much about every child and offered practical advice and support. What really stood out was how welcoming the whole community was. There were no cliques among parents—we all felt included. Everyone had a chance to shine, from the kids to the teachers to the parents. The parent committee went above and beyond, planning fun events like "Touch a Truck" and absolutely beautiful Mother's Day celebrations that everyone enjoyed. These beautiful events will be core memories for our family for years to come! I wholeheartedly give Growing Place Nursery School a 10/10. It’s a place where my son learned, grew, and felt truly supported every single day.
I highly recommend The Growing Place Nursery School. My kids and I both loved it. The staff treated my kids like their own. I felt so confident leaving them in their care. The curriculum was the right amount of fun and learning for preschoolers, always getting them outside and up and moving.
I literally couldn’t think of a better start to a child’s education! We started my daughter in the 2s class and are so happy we started her here early! They understand she needs a little extra care to come out of her shell. They are so attentive and make every event (and every day) so special! We 🩷 The Growing Place!!
