The Goddard School

Both of my children attended Goddard. My daughter attended for about 2 years before she graduated and moved on to kindergarten, and my son for 4 years. Overall, our experience was very positive! My kids had some great, loving and supportive teachers, and I never felt that either kid was in an unsafe environment. Teachers were very communicative and we had great customer service whenever we reached out. The only issue we saw at times was high turnover of some of the teachers. I felt that it would come in waves, and several would resign at the same time. But otherwise, their curriculum is great, my kids both learned a lot, and I would send them back there again if I had to do it all over again.

The Goddard School of Mokena is a top notch school and I urge anyone with children to consider this school. The staff is very friendly and are knowledgeable on keeping children engaged, happy, and healthy. They have an app which is updated daily so you know what your child has learned that day, when and if they’ve had diaper changes, what, when, and how much my child eats, when my child naps and for how long, whose watching them, and when able to the staff uploads cute pictures of your child during activities. At the same time they also respect privacy and so what goes on the app and even on their webpage is completely controlled by you! We have been there since around NOV 2024 and my children have taken leaps and bounds in their education and social aspect of their lives. My 2 year old had seperation anxiety and in about 2 weeks she was walking into her class by herself waving bye to me. My 4 year olds speech has grown leaps and bounds and about 2 weeks ago she came up to me and counted to 10……… in SPANISH! This school is great for all children and I will keep suggesting this school to anyone whose looking for a daycare!

I am a speech therapist that sees children at the Goddard School in Mokena. They have been warm and welcoming. The teachers are kind and dedicated. The owners are great! The school is organized, clean and there is an atmosphere of kindness. I appreciate being able to help parents in the area by providing speech services right at the building for their children. Highly recommend!

We sent our daughter to Goddard when I went back to work after maternity leave and it was the best Decision ever! We absolutely loved it there! The owners Neel and Dolon were incredible. Ms. Lisa the Education Director was wonderful and our daughters teacher Ms. Donna was such a blessing to our daughter. She thrived and loved it at Goddard! I can not recommend Goddard enough for your family and kids! If you’re thinking about Goddard definitely check it out!
