The Goddard School In Swedesboro

I’ve had a such a positive experience as a parent but more importantly my child feels, happy, comfortable, and confident in class! He loves going to school which gives me such peace of mind. The staff and admin go above and beyond to meet everyone’s individual needs and are always happy to support our family in any way!

As a first time working mom, it was hard to come to terms with needing to find childcare for my then 7 month old. I was nervous about the care conditions, whether the staff would love my daughter as much as I would during the day, and whether I was doing a disservice not being the one to care for her. As a second time mom two years later, I felt nothing but excitement and security knowing my son would have a loving, caring place to stay through the day. This shift was thanks to Goddard in Swedesboro. Just a week after my daughter started in infant room at 7months, I knew based on the updates, frequent check-ins, and daily reports that my child was being cared for as if she were the only kid in the room. The teachers were aware of and honored our feeding and nap schedules, while working with the children and parents to help develop excellent routines we could follow at home too. The location is clean, our kids come home clean, and we are notified of every bump and scraped knee. Our daughter is now 3, in Preschool, and our son is 18mo in the pre-toddler room, and at every step of the way both have been nurtured and cared for, even through potty training, teething, and other difficult milestones. There is always enthusiasm and communication from classroom teachers and aides, and love seriously abounds. The kids are learning academic and social skills that I’m confident will serve as an excellent foundation for future education. I can’t recommend Goddard in Swedesboro enough. Thank you for your support, companionship, and making us feel secure every minute we are away from and missing our kids.

I absolutely love this place! They treat my son and daughter very well and go over so many things ! Ever since I signed them up my kids have learned so much from manners to everything cleaning up after themselves. Also the staff is so understanding and nice you won't feel judged in anway.

Three years ago, I chose The Goddard School in Swedesboro, NJ for my daughter, largely influenced by the glowing five star reviews from parents. Additionally, when I sought more information, the owner, Marc, personally reached out, making the decision even more reassuring. Looking back, I can confidently say this school truly deserves its stellar reputation. Now four years old, my daughter can read words, count, add and subtract, recognize colors, shapes, animals, and tell time. She can also write both uppercase and lowercase letters along with words and her growth has been incredible. Beyond academics, she has flourished socially, emotionally, and mentally. Most importantly, she adores her teachers, cherishes her friends, and looks forward to school every day. Choosing this Goddard School was undoubtedly the right decision, and I couldn’t be happier.
