The Glen at St. Joseph is a sacred place to me. As a graduate of the first class of moms to complete there program I must say that it was not only a blessing for me but my children as well. Every member of the team of wonderful people who work for the Glen are blessings, not wardens, not strict at all they met us where were in life and helped to build us into successful women. If you are willing to grow and are willing to work on yourself as well as your goals it is the perfect place to get that done. Every mom in my class has earned a degree and are living well. No sad cases but we all were willing to begin to do the work from the inside out to become who we are today! I am so proud of being a graduate of the Glen at St Joseph and I am confident that any GRADUATE/ Alumni would say the same! To try and blemish there name in any shape or form is just unacceptable!

So I didn’t visit this property. I only spoke to someone on the phone. I will say it is really unfortunate that they are not able to help moms who have more than 2 children. The woman on the phone assumed that I was in a co-parenting situation and told me “we only help moms that have sole custody.” My ex husband has a felony for domestic violence and is in jail for trafficking methamphetamines and has no part in his children’s lives since 2020. I receive $0 a month in child support and I go to work at the hospital making $16/hour and am full time student in nursing school graduating in 2024. I think it’s really sad that this company comes with its stipulations about exactly who they can help. It’s really hard for single moms who do not have family support (I mean that’s kind of the reason I found myself in an abusive relationship to begin with). It’s hard for single moms who seek every revenue to be able to provide a better life and better future for their own kids but these people will only give you the time of day if you stopped at 2 kids. So whoever is reading this that did not qualify also because you have more than 2 kids, just know God is going to take care of you and just don’t give up. He has special plans for you. You are not alone.

They claim to be working towards a better future for the family . But that's not true they're just wolf hiding behind a committee apparently committed to religion and new spirituality but their spirituality is based on wiping a family away to not having a traditional family I'm not sure what it is they're going for what is a hundred percent not as it seems

The security is a gang. I brought into the mission of the Glen and even felt it was a blessing but it quickly soured. Some of the employees act like wardens no exaggeration. My family has been cussed out multiple times by irate power hungry rental cops for accidentally parking in a parking spot, or haven forbid someone who has visited multiple times losing their license. Security will call the wrong apts and make statements like you all look alike ….I couldn’t tell whose parent that was…. Etc. not to mention the head of security pulling driving records as a way to get the residents car towed and even force girls to not even be able to park on campus. It’s a habit of his to block people in and threatening them with kicking them off campus. And even involving having the local police harass people after a wild goose chase of trying to find reasons to harass people. Run ! Please run! Tried talking to people of authority at the Glen and even asked to speak to the board. NO HELP! Mothers run! I regret even trusting a faith based Catholic program the writing is on the wall people misuse power when they aren’t held accountable. Last straw was the gang of banging that comes from the head of security and maintenance when I have upset them. I mean it’s full force and on purpose !!!!And I mean it’s 5 mins worth to the point one of the lightbulbs has began to stop working and can be tapped to work. Please please think before coming here ! There are other reviews on security and they are all true the Glen isn’t a transitional home for women like I thought or our families would be welcomed and we wouldn’t be treated as criminals!?!?!
