As a veteran, moving to a place where I knew no one was rough in regards to finding someone I trusted with my girls.. after removing my kids from another local daycare, I enrolled them here and since then all my girls are thriving. Including my preemie that they’ve cared for since she was 6 weeks old. I’d trust all these teachers with my life and they’ve all become family to me. I couldn’t recommend this daycare enough. Miss Charlene, Miss Jessi, and all the teachers will forever have my gratitude for helping me succeed at being a working mom and happy mom with the sweetest kids. ☺️❤️

What an OUTSTANDING center! My children started at another local center and after hearing the horrific things about them I moved them over to ELC. The teachers here are absolutely AMAZING! My daughter has made such amazing progress with her letter and number recognition ever since starting at ELC! All 3 of my kids love their teachers and have formed such great relationships with them as a working mom this makes me feel better at drop off knowing they enjoy attending this daycare and are treated like the staff members family. The director of this facility is prompt whenever I have a question or just want to know how the kids are doing I receive daily breakdowns if needed by their teachers. I would 10000000% recommend this daycare!

I first would like to say that I LOVE Miss. Whitney and Miss. Joanne in the infant room. My daughter also loved them. They are the reasons for the stars. Every time they were not there I could see a big difference in my daughter when I picked her up. Miss Whitney always had a detailed report for her at the end of day. My major complaints of this place is that it is now 3 years past Covid but parents were still not allowed in the building. However, there has been many times that I saw teachers boyfriends/husbands enter the building. It just didn't sit right with me. There have also been times when a teacher was going back inside smelling like weed. The teacher outside in the afternoon also seemed to yell at the older kids more times than I am comfortable with. My child was not part of that group but I didn't want her to hear it or get older and get yelled at. Also, my daughter is tough to get to sleep in a crib so they would have her sleep in the baby swing for 2 hours. I didn't even realize how bad that was until I moved her to her new daycare this week and they let me know once the baby is asleep, you are suppose to move them. They are going to see if her sleeping on a cot will work better since she doesn't like cribs. During our tour, I noticed the infants bouncers looked dirty but I had just gotten a new job and had no other options for child care. I will say that I did not bring this up to the director (who always was pleasant to talk to and seemed very kind and understanding). It just wasn't a good fit with our lifestyle and when picking a fulltime daycare, I had to think about how the teachers are helping me raise my daughter and what do I want her to be surrounded by daily. EDIT: I am editing this because it will not allow me to reply. My review does represent the center very well. I did ask to go inside, which I was told no, because the owners still were not allowing people inside. I did not say other parents were allowed inside. I said the workers boyfriends/husbands were allowed inside. I stated I loved TWO teachers in the building who kept care of my daughter, but it was noticeable when they were not present. My daughter would come home with a dirty face and clothes (even though I supplied change of clothes), moody and just not herself. During the tour I got, the bouncers and swings were dirty. The reason why I still enrolled her is because I have no choice to work and there were no other places accepting an infant. As soon as I found a place, I moved her. You also ignored the whole part of teachers smelling like weed and yelling at them. With that and how much you mixed up what I wrote, did you fully read my review or skim through it? My review was also made 9 months ago so you possibly have changed things since then. However, your tone in your reply also says a lot.

The daycare my son went to before coming to the coventry center was a "fight club" and unfortunately my son was on the losing side. I was 1 more fight away from getting the police involved. ELC of coventry welcomed my son and made him feel safe and heard. The woman I've had contact with are unbelievably kind and down to earth. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I felt safe leaving my son in their care. He tells me every day he loves it there.
