The director and the teachers are extremely invested in each and every child. My 2.5-year-old was first placed in the three-year-old room, but it was a little too advanced for her. They were happy to do some experimenting to find out where she best fit in. She adores her school, her teachers, and her friends. I've consistently been impressed with the kindness, attentiveness, courtesy, and flexibility of the staff. I look forward to sending my second child in a few years as well!
My wife and I highly recommend Early Bird Learning Center. We've tired other day care centers in Salem before that were okay, but we really noticed a big difference with our 2 year old after she started going to Early Bird. It's a very, very clean place which my wife loves and I like it because our daughter goes and actually learns something everyday, not like some of the other day cares around.
