Administration The director and assistant director at this daycare (Kim and Peggy) are the absolute BEST. They are receptive to feedback and are always available to the parents. Most importantly, they clearly care about each child and go out of their way to make sure that each child feels special. They were my daughters favorite people in that building. Teachers We absolutely love the teachers at the center. In particular, Melissa and Nicole (Infant Room) were exceptional. They are eager to tell you about how your child's day went and make each child feel comfortable. In the beginning, our daughter was very nervous at dropoff but as time went on she was thrilled to be able to hang out with Melissa and Nicole. Space The space is wonderful. It is not the usual explosion of colors at daycare and instead has a "calmer" neutral vibe. I found the classrooms to be much bigger than other facilities and they have an indoor play space for when it rains. The campus is secure and guarded. Other Things of Note One of the other things that drew us to this campus is how diverse staff and the children were. They clearly value diversity and celebrate all cultures. Cost We did find that this center was pricey as compared to other centers. However, the price is well worth it so long as you can afford it. The center is much better than the alternatives that we toured.

My son has been enrolled at Dow Jones Family Center since 2018 and I can confidently say that this has been the best decision of our lives. The staff are not only professional, they actually care for and love the children. I can see my kid grow inquisitive and the curriculum/activities supports his thought process as he grows. The day care has helped my son to be independent, well mannered and a respectful person. I thank all the teachers / care givers at this place and would recommend this place to anyone without a second thought!.

My son has been at the Dow Jones Family Center (Bright Horizon) since he was 2.5 years old. My son knew only Mandarin back then but then learned English while spending time there. The center was very understanding about his language situation. I am thankful for the center for teaching him the needed English skills before he became a first grader. Throughout the 3.5 years of my son being there, the teacher and the management were always promptly addressing our concerns and questions and my son loved going to the center and spending his day there. We also like the facility there. Everything is kept up to date and the outside playground area is also nice and spacious. We had shopped around for quick a bit for daycare and we feel Dow Jones family center is undoubtedly the best among many we had visited. My son recently asked if he can return to the center for the summer camp program and he surely loves his time there. Lastly, the staff and the management are very professional and caring. We are very thankful.

The Dow Jones Family Center is a blessing for our family. It has helped my little one as well as our family. With times being uncertain, transitioning from working from home to in house, we were worried about what we were going to do. Everyone is amazing, friendly, understanding, so great with the kids. Very helpful when it comes to informing the parents, and keeping everyone safe. My son has progress immensely since he has started going to the DJ center, he loves his teachers. I am very grateful to everyone, they have played a key role into making our own experience and Elliots a great one.

We have had kids at the Dow Jones Family Center for more than 6 years and we couldn’t be happier about it. The staff is amazing and extremely reliable. Since the beginning, having our kids at the center gave us peace of mind that they were receiving the best care. The staff would reach out as soon as there was anything to worry about. The classrooms are equipped with very high quality material and the kids learn a lot in a very natural and fun way. We also learned a lot from the teachers, which is pretty valuable especially for first time parents. The safety of kids and staff is taken very seriously. All the procedures are well communicated and followed properly. The daily COVID-19 questionnaire is very detailed and stringent, designed to minimize risk as much as possible. We feel the staff is like family for us!
