Our oldest started at The Gardner School of Cincinnati in summer of 2020 and is now a part of their preschool program. Our two youngest started in 2024 and are now a part of the toddler program. Everything from the curriculum to the facilities to the extracurriculars to the teachers has exceeded our expectations. We're so pleased with the care and education that all of our children have received; the dedication shown by Ms. Ty, Ms. Anna, Ms. Hayley, Ms. Korie, Ms. Mya, Ms. Kenya, Ms. Bayli, Mr. Alex, Ms. Ambika, and Ms. Amy can't be beat. Our kids come home from school happy and excited to tell us about their days, and we trust that they are safe and comfortable in their classrooms. Highly recommend The Gardner School of Cincinnati!
My 10mo old son started at the Gardner School at the end of last year, and we’ve been very pleased with the level of care and communication we’ve received from his teachers. Ms. Shira and Ms. Savannah are great with him, and they always make time for me in the afternoons if I have questions about how his day was. At pickup, I try to sneak in without him seeing me right away, and he’s always playing happily. The consistent communication through Brightwheel is awesome, it feels like I know what’s going on at all times. The idea of transitioning to daycare stressed me out, but his teachers and the administration have made the whole thing smooth and as easy as possible for us.
We’ve had an awesome time taking our child to Gardner and love the staff who take care of our boy really well! Highly recommend for new parents- Ms Shira and Ms Savannah are very communicative and send us pictures and updates daily which make us feel very connected :)
The Gardner School has been absolutely wonderful. We started our daughter at 2 days a week initially as we had previously had poor experiences with daycares in the Cleveland area. The level of care provided by the teachers and the excellent communication from staff made me feel comfortable enough to go back to work and enroll her full time. Ms Bayli and Ms Swathi are always pleasant, engaged and develop age appropriate lesson plans for the kids. We love Gardner School.
Since the transition from Compass to Gardner, the school has steadily declined. While a few dedicated teachers remain a bright spot (However, teachers come and go at an alarming rate) , they are the only positive aspect I can find right now. The school's management team is utterly disorganized and ineffective—a complete disaster. Avoid this daycare if you actually want quality care for your child. The only thing they provide is a place to drop them off—nothing more.
