Wish I could give no stars. Constantly had problems with finding my daughters jackets. Lost allot of them. I pay them and they couldn't even watch her. I had to leave work because they couldn't handle her apparently. Then surrounded me, once I got there. Treated me like absolute garbage. The owner then kicked my daughter out because I defended myself. Then expected me to pay for the full month 🤣. We have always had problems with the way they have treated us.
Find another daycare. Had food allergy incident that sent our daughter to the emergency room. They may offer a lot of services which are great but not worth the risk. You can find better. The owner never called to apologize or check on my daughter. They do not care about your child, only if the payment clears. Look elsewhere. If I could rate lower, I would.
My childs care was "terminated" 2 days before school started back. I never received a called back as to why, couldn't get any video footage of what "inappropriate" behavior he was doing and my child NEVER came home with any bad behavior reports. Both of my kids would get hurt and I could never get an incident report to sign and was only notified if my child told me first and I had to call and ask the daycare myself for any information. This is by far the worst daycare have i have ever trusted with my kids and I regret giving them so much money to not do their job at all. This facility is a joke.
Absolutely best Summer camp! Staff very caring and attentive. Awesome activities. Great staff to child ratio which is rare especially during pandemic. We love it here couldn’t ask for more. We have zero complaints. My picky eater even eat what’s on the menu most days.
I went to clubhouse back when i was in elementary all the way up to 13. I can remember the last day i was there because i moved away. All the staff, Ms. Nikki and Ms. Barnett, Mr. Taylor, Grant, Austin and everybody else sculpted me to the way i am now. Im 18 now in college at an HBCU and am proud to say i went to this day care and i still talk to people from the daycare today and talk about the days in summer camp and in school. If they do remember me I was the twin with my brother cordell milton and i’m donnell milton
