This is a very bad apartment complex. From security issues to pest control, this place reeks of mismanagement. The management doesn’t care if people get robbed there—the only thing that matters for them is the timely payment of rents. They will keep sending you bills even after you leave the apartment for damages you never caused. The worst apartments in Clarkston .

I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone. It has the worst homes you’ll ever live in. They have a lot of pests, including mice and roaches that never go away. The maintenance team never works to solve the tenants’ issues. They only promise to come and solve issues but never show up. After spending 4 years at the property, I can assure you that you’ll never have a proper night’s sleep after all the crime that happens after 8 pm. The management doesn’t consider itself responsible for the security of the families that live here. Robberies have happened here but the property manager literally doesn’t care. It’s better to be homeless and live on the streets than live in one of these homes.

All they care for is YOUR MONEY. NO safety, NO tenant care. Cars and car parts get stolen every other day and management simply don’t want to invest in a security guard bc, well, they have to pay for that right?💸💸. Gready people. Infested with roaches. Old buildings and no efforts for maintenance or improvements. No positive aspects at all. Expensive units for no reason at all!!!! Loud and noisy place, kids play everywhere.

I really like it I lived their for 11 years until I moved but lots of mice and mouce but we called people to kill the mice

In this apartment I have lived almost 12 years and at the beginning it was a new and under achieving three mangers came they did their best to provide the best service but they did not achieve the goal but they did there best but when the new manger took over Ammar Alsabawi many thing change the service got better the street got new asphalt, especially apartment service like if your refrigerator got broken or stove or walls and soon just go to the manger office and I guarantee that you will get the best service in matter of time. Let us not mention the location of this apartment it is near many location and especially downtown you will get there no longer than 20 minutes. Those are just small list of many great thing that the management and the location provide. All I say is just come and see by yourself how beautiful it here.
