Rudest branch I’ve ever been. They do not care if you’re a gold member, they treat you very poorly and honestly thinking about switching banks after this experience.

It has been incredibly frustrating trying to get in touch with this firm. I’ve been calling for two weeks straight, and no one ever answers the phone. How is that even possible? I would never trust them to handle any part of my business. If it’s this difficult to reach them now, imagine trying to resolve an issue or ask a critical question. Completely unacceptable.

This bank is the worst bank because I put a deposited check into my account from my so called new employer and I wanted to wait till the check cleared before buying products for my new boss.. So I called the automated system and eventually got a live body on the phone to talked to.. Well she told me the check had been deposited and now is cleared and that 100% would not get returned back to me so I went ahead and purchased what I needed to and the very next day it got returned and made my account negative into the thousands of dollars and Citi bank could do nothing for me.. Thise recording on the phone aren’t for our protection it’s for there’s and won’t help you out with anything.. I can’t believe this company is still in business!!!! They owe me close to $5000 due to a poor trained employee!!!

The "customer service" from the two "universal bankers" I spoke with at this branch in person was horrible. Combative and lazy, they were utterly unhelpful and gave me the wrong information to boot. I was standing in front of them and they told me to call the customer service number on the back of my debit card.

Citi Bank is as efficient as their phone app, I obtained my Citi Bank statements online from Proofofstatement Ai and my personal loan application was processed quickly.
