JJ's Playhouse Childcare and Learning Center has been absolutely wonderful for our family! My grandson felt comfortable and happy from his very first week—he adapted so quickly, which speaks volumes about the loving and supportive environment they provide. A special thank you to Mouna, the owner, who is always welcoming and greets everyone with a warm smile. Her kindness and positive energy make drop-offs feel reassuring and joyful. It’s clear that the entire team genuinely cares for the children and creates a safe, nurturing space for them to grow and thrive. If you're looking for a place where your child will be well cared for and truly embraced, I highly recommend JJ's Playhouse. We’re so grateful for the care and attention they’ve given our grandson!

We absolutely love JJ Playhouse! My three children have been going there since May of last yea. My youngest was only 4 months old at the time. We truly adore Mouna; she is amazing! I can’t express enough how much I appreciate her dedication, care, and commitment to the children. At one point, I moved my kids to another daycare closer to my work, but I ended up bringing them back to JJ Playhouse because that’s where we feel at home. I especially love receiving the little videos and pictures throughout the day it always brightens my day and gives me peace of mind. I could go on and on about the wonderful experiences we’ve had here. We’re so grateful to be part of such a loving and nurturing environment. 💛

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is completely unorganized and not prepared to actually care for young kids. The staff clearly doesn’t know how to handle toddlers they expect them to sit still all day and act like little adults. I was called several times to come pick my child up early just because they “couldn’t handle” normal toddler behavior. If your job can’t handle you leaving work every other day, don’t even bother enrolling here. Also, they constantly change up their rules and never bother to call or communicate properly. No phone call, no notice, nothing. Completely unprofessional. This place seriously needs better management and trained staff who actually know how to work with kids. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the constant frustration. Would not recommend to anyone.

TERRIBLE.. If I could give 0 I would. If you are ready and willing to be called to leave work twice a week to pick your toddler up for acting like a toddler by all means use this establishment. The staff is ill equipped to deal with the age range of children they are asking for I mean if my kids had been aged 14 maybe they would be able to handle them. Furthermore currently there are children within the class room who do not have the ability to go outside so instead of an alternative they just keep all the kids in meaning your child will not be getting any energy out during the day so good luck for watching something on Netflix or getting mommy daddy time at the end of the night. And finally I had my phone called countless times to come pick my children up when they decided they couldn’t handle them how ever I picked my daughter up Thursday last week didn’t take her on Friday and this morning Monday drove to drop her off upon entering I was told my daughter could no longer attend their daycare because they are not equipped and don’t have staff my question now where was the courtesy of a phone call when you made this decision. Don’t waste your time or money unless that’s something your into. Have a blessed day.

Getting alerts on my app during the work day always brought a smile. It’s clear that the staff values partnership with parents and works hard to build strong relationships. The facility itself is safe, clean, and full of joyful energy. Whether it was circle time, outdoor play, or creative projects, every day was filled with meaningful experiences that nurtured our kids’ growth. Thank you to Carolyn, Isabel, Justina, Torrie, Miss Mouna and the entire staff for all of your hard work and efforts ensuring the care and safety of our children. We’re incredibly thankful for the lasting impact that JJ’s Playhouse has had on our family. If you’re looking for a place where your children will be truly cared for, supported, and loved—this is it.
