The Children'S Palace Learning Center

I highly recommend this daycare. It is run by a mother and daughter who care deeply for each of their students. I have been sending my child here for a while now and he loves everyone at the daycare. I love how they ask for after visit summaries after a child is out sick because I know that they aren't letting sick children into the daycare which means my child is safe from illness. I can't praise this daycare enough!

This daycare is ran by a mother and daughter team. They claim that they run their daycare based on Christian beliefs but from what I observed during my 2 children's short time there was very un-Christian like behavior especially from the older owner. She is extremely rude and speaks to the parents and students in a disrespectful manner. The younger owner has a daughter who attends the daycare and there is obviously a different set of rules for their child than the other children. I think if you have your child attending the daycare that you work at then you should hold them to the same standard as the other children and treat them the same. I know somewhere in the bible it says to treat everyone the same no matter what? I had an issue with my children's voucher and the very next day the older owner called me and stated that she gave my kids slot away to two children that were on the waiting list. Her exact words were "I need money!" I understand that she is running a business but where is the customer service skills? She didn't even ask if my problem had been resolved, which it had. I just see this as a blessing from God. I don't want my kids to be given care from a woman who only sees them as dollar signs. It's not easy working with children and it takes a certain kind of person to care for children. It is really scary for me to think that this woman is watching people's children only for the money. She is not concerned about their cognitive and social development. Now I know why my children were starving everyday that I picked them up. They probably weren't getting enough food because the owner needs money. The one positive thing that I can say is there were two teachers that were really nice and they were the reason I allowed my kids to stay at this daycare. I personally would NEVER recommend this daycare to anyone.

I wish I would have read these reviews before putting my baby girl here because they are all accurate and on point that's why I reported them to state my daughter has been in her new daycare now for almost 3 weeks and is doing amazing they don't call me everyday saying she sick because she is doing great now that she is in a place that turns the heat up past 65 degrees and they don't threaten to call the police because you they listen to your concern and a doctor note saying your kid is good to come back is enough I don't have to give my babies personal medical papers from a hospital or doctors visit because that's against the law to request these kids after summery visit I'm so glad I got my baby out when I did she was Always hospitalized because you guys dont like to turn your heat up and the women thinks she can yell at you but as soon as you start yelling at them back they call the police on you

I’ve been bringing my nephew here for the longest and I can say he’s come along way from not listening and being very rude/stubborn to a very respectful decent kid love the fact it’s ran by a mother and daughter they take their time into getting to know each kid I’m never disappointed highly recommend for you to bring your kid here.

The owner does not listen. She blames you for her mistakes. Likes to over react on the smallest thing. Like to call police if you don't have what she needs.
