Amazing amazing amazing! I do not know where to begin. All the staff go above and beyond to make sure the kids are properly cared for. I trust them with my children. My kids have been going here for almost a decade! Katie (the owner) goes out of her way for her employees and the kids. Stephanie and Taylor are the dynamic duo in the office ready to answer any questions I always have! Kathleen, Becca, Audrey, Brenda, Cindy and the rest of the staff care for my kids as if it were their own! Would highly recommend!
At first, the center seemed wonderful, but then something snapped with the directors,Katie and Stephanie. They became hostile towards me after being asked about a baby that had been crying/screaming for longer than 15minutes while I was training on mandated reporting. Poor baby cried for an hour. I'm still waiting on my week long promised paid training. From my observations and week's training, it was evident that the center was more interested in ratios than actual care of the children. I'm thankful we parted ways and I certainly would not recommend any family to send their children there, especially their infants. If they want to improve, they should lower the infant teacher ratios, pay their teachers better (they are a multimillion organization), and encourage true child care rather than be ratio driven. Lower your overall ratios, period. The state's ratios are too high as it is for Quality care.
I have to say, this has been one of my best experiences with any daycare. They are super organized, clean, they are quick to communicate, they send you photos of your kids. The teachers truly care and love the children. My child never got sick the entire summer. I highly recommend this daycare, we would rate it more than 5 stars if we could. We wish our child could go to afterschool there but the school won’t transport to there. Definitely enroll your children here.
Our son has been attending CLC since he was an infant. All the staff have been incredible and have supported his development to the fullest! From getting on solid foods to potty training they have provided helpful advice and support to us every step of the way. His classes promote learning in all of their activities and it shows! I don't think our son would be as far along as he is without their support. I would highly recommend CLC!
We love TCLC in Coopersburg. They are so accommodating and care deeply for all the children. They’ve modified some of their protocol since COVID to ensure the health and safety of the Children in these unprecedented times. We are both in health care and TCLC is one of the only places I’d feel confident and comfortable caring for my child while we are working. Thank Katie and all the wonderful staff!
