Tammy and Ellen are great leaders! Tammy was especially exceptional getting us enrolled while we're in town for a few weeks. It only took a day to get my girl in school! It's hard to put into words how grateful my whole family is for this school, the live videos, the constant updates, the engaging teachers (Ms. Kiana and Ms. Courtney) and activities, and the opportunity for my only child to learn and grow with other kids while we're in town focusing on construction. The photo is from the school's Valentine's Day dance. ❤️😊💃 Sometimes the days and nights working on this project are long. I typically homeschool, and I'm so grateful for he FlexPass so that I can drop her off as needed so she doesn't fall behind. I highly recommend this school.

Switching to this daycare after my son was initially enrolled somewhere else has been a great transition. The teacher in the infant classroom he’s currently in has been very patient and attentive when caring for him qualities that are so important when choosing a daycare. They provide regular updates, keep me well-informed about his needs, and share any new observations they notice. The environment is friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciate. It’s clear that the teachers in the infant rooms genuinely love what they do, and that makes leaving my child there much easier. The director has also been wonderful in addressing any concerns. Overall, our experience at The Children’s Courtyard has been excellent, and I would definitely recommend it to other parents.

The Children’s Courtyard of Harrisburg has been a wonderful transition from an in-home daycare to a pre-school environment. After touring the facility, we were very pleased and immediately enrolled my 4 year old grandson into the Pre-K program in August of this year. While all of the staff I’ve encountered are amazing, we have the joy of having Ms. Yolanda as my grandson’s Pre-K teacher and she is truly a JEWEL! She’s very compassionate about her job and loves her students. She communicates effectively with the parents and does an excellent job teaching and preparing the students to be responsible, independent and successful. I don’t have to wonder what he’s learning because she provides daily updates as well as a weekly educational plan at the beginning of each week. The Children’s Courtyard is a great childcare center. Our son has only been attending since the end of August 2025 as we switched him from a previous location. However, in this short time, we have been impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and friendliness of the staff. Despite their being some major turnover with leadership in our first couple months, things seem to still be running effectively. The best part of our experience at the center is our son’s classroom experience. His Pre-K teacher Ms. Yolanda is a wonderful and highly skilled teacher. From the classroom management, communication, and the lesson plans, we have thoroughly been impressed and thankful for our son to have such a great teacher and learning environment, where he is seen, feels loved and supported and can excel. Her classroom is a well ran and the children know and appreciate the structure that they are receiving. Ms. Yolanda has been a blessing from his previous teachers at another location and we are glad we made the switch to The Children’s Courtyard!! Thank you Ms. Yolanda!

My children have attended The Children’s Courtyard for almost a year now, and from day one the staff has provided outstanding care to every single child. My daughter is on the spectrum, and our days can range from really good to really, really challenging. No matter what kind of day she’s having, the staff consistently goes above and beyond to care for her with patience, understanding, and genuine compassion. Finding a school willing to understand and support our needs has been incredibly difficult — but this school has truly been a blessing. Beyond the amazing staff, the school offers a safe and well-structured environment. The doors are locked 24/7 and require a PIN for access, which gives us peace of mind. They also provide a live-feed camera system accessible through their easy-to-use app, allowing us to check in on our kiddos throughout the day. The educational activities are thoughtful and engaging, and the staff is wonderfully diverse, creating a multicultural environment that is so important for children’s development. The school also brings in outside vendors for fun and enriching experiences, such as Zumba, soccer, and cookie-making activities. These extras make such a big difference and are just a few reasons why I feel so fortunate to have discovered The Children’s Courtyard. The entire staff is absolutely amazing — truly amazing.
