We've been using this daycare since our 14 month old daughter was 6 months old. As a first time mom, I've needed constant reassurance that she would be in good hands. Handing her off to someone other than myself or husband was difficult, but the staff was so compassionate and patient with me and continues to be. With COVID-19, they've had to adjust safety guidelines to minimize the risk to staff and kids so no one is allowed pass the lobby. I couldn't do a traditional meet and greet but they scheduled time for me to Zoom with her teachers ahead of time which helped. They did so again when she transitioned into Toddler 2 after she turned 12 months old. The crew is so responsive to my asks and needs with consistent updates through their app, the occasional Zoom call updates on COVID-19 protocols as they change, and teachers occasionally stepping outside of class at pickup to let me know how Holland is doing. I've used one daycare before this and they were not as great about sending video/photo updates if they updated me at all beyond diaper changes and feeding. This daycare is so intentional about the overall experience for both the children in their care and their parents like a well-oiled machine. I get help with paperwork for auto deductions from my paycheck, pick-up schedules, and are considerate of parents' time. At pick-up, they recognize you and automatically run to get your babies as soon as you walk through the door. Such a great facility and group of folks!
Most teachers are great! The current director and assistant need to be replaced as the children are not their priority; which is why we left.
