My 2.5 year old attended the Franklin location (which has since been bought out). I have never been treated so rudely. They basically kicked him out for throwing a temper tantrum after being there for 6 months. He has told me several times that his teacher spanked him. I heard Ms. Richardson tell my kid "I'm glad your mom's here". I also heard my son get yelled at for playing with a puzzle. The director was clueless-she is still there, even with the buyout. BIG mistake.
We have loved our experience with The Children’s Academy at Spring Hill. Not only have our children learned so much but they are also loved! From the first time I stepped foot in the door, I knew in my gut that was where my kiddos were supposed to be. So very thankful for all of the staff and teachers throughout the years! We will miss you all so much when my youngest starts Kindergarten!
Our son did not enjoy going to this daycare. He complained about it all the time. Teachers were often times on their phones/very uncaring toward the children. Way too strict of daycare with little to no appreciation for the child/parents. Was ignored many times picking up our son from the pickup classroom by a red haired lady. We would say “bye have a great evening” and be totally ignored. Felt very much like a bad religious cult here with the staff/interactions with kids. Our sons behavior at home is normally a 9/10 and it was a 2/10 after he went to this daycare. Also he was perfectly potty trained prior to attending and after going here each week he was having so many accidents daily. So happy our son no longer attends here.
We are on our 3rd child attending The Children's Academy of Spring Hill and we have had nothing but a positive 5 years there. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a daycare. Staff is great and very personable. Easy to trust them to take care of our kids.
We started our 3 yr old here & she loves it & she loves most the teachers & staff...The staff we have any dealings with, we like, they all know all of us & speak & seem to really care about our child...Our daughter has been here about 2 1/2 months & she has really learnt so much, she has had some health issues, so it was difficulty to get her potty trained, she was in a home daycare for a year prior & we had been working on potty training for over a year & she made some progress, but within a month to a month & 1/2 of being here, she is potty trained...I also love the fact that if we have an issue, it is dealt with quickly, Misti is awesome, any problems, she takes care of it... I would recommend this daycare/preschool to any & everyone...
